I waited over 25 minutes for my order, which consisted of just five items — an unreasonable delay, especially during a one-hour lunch break. The establishment was not particularly clean, and the employee preparing the food seemed in no hurry, taking her time without any sense of urgency.

This is actually the second time I’ve had a similar experience here. I wanted to give the place another chance, but unfortunately, it didn’t improve. While the product itself was mediocre, it’s the customer service that truly influences whether someone returns — and in this case, I will not...
