Many of these reviews mention someone named Sai who provided a fantastic experience. My advice would be to call ahead and see if Sai is working unless you know exactly what you want. I was there on Friday to buy a custom suit and the poor woman helping me had no idea what was going on. The iPad they're forced to use wasn't working great, so that's not on her, but I picked a couple different linings for the jacket and watched her fiddle with the tablet for a while before she told me those linings weren't available for the fabric I'd chosen. Seems like something they should know before showing you a folder full of linings that aren't available to you! I was in the dressing room trying on pants when I realized I'd be 0% surprised if this suit ended up fitting poorly, so I left. My experience shopping for suits for my wedding began, and ended, at Jos. A. Bank in Newport, RI. Angel was awesome to work with throughout the process, and helped me attain the look I was going for. With his assistance I chose high quality, yet very affordable, bright navy suits for myself and my groomsmen. It was only a slightly more expensive option to buy suits than to go elsewhere and rent tuxedos, and everyone went home with a sweet new suit at the end. He helped me select shirts to match the ties I had picked out, and made sure that I was able to take advantage of great sales. He even made sure that my out of state groomsmen were taken care of by sending their suits to the stores nearest to them so they had ample time to get fitted. Having never shopped for a suit before, and with most of the shop (seemingly) out of my budget, I didn't have the highest of hopes when I first walked in. However, after explaining my situation Manna immediately started measuring me to make sure I could make an informed decision and knew my sizing even if I didnt have any luck today. After walking around the store he handed me a suit and a shirt to try on, both of which fit phenomenally and were within my price range, and even went as far to tell me about how to button the jacket, and which colors I should buy to keep the outfit flexible for different occasions.
