Be cautious about purchasing gift cards there and in general. I purchased one for a birthday present at the store and went to go use it 2 days later and it had a zero balance. Store couldn't help, online customer service couldn't help and the the gift card company let me know it appeared that it was used online to make a purchase about 12 hours after it was initially activated with funds. My bank says that they see this where scammers take a bunch or cards and take off the silver backing hiding the number and PIN and use a heat gun to reveal the number, then re-apply and place the cards placed back. The scammer then periodically checks the card to see if it was filled with funds. Spent a whole day on the phone with different reps, going to store and bank and everyone said "nothing they can do". Probably should keep the cards behind the counter and buyer's should check the back of the cards to see if silver backing hiding the number looks strange. Anyway, a hard...

She was kind enough to provide me with a sample and I was so thrilled I purchased something that I would have just waited to get back in New York. She then told me how many points I had and let me choose what samples I wanted! I immediately wanted to sign up for the credit card because she was so attentive and caring I wanted to give her the credit for signing me up. I then received to get even more samples with the welcome package for signing up for the credit card! Maddie seriously was the highlight of my Newport trip! (I donât get out much). I told her as I was leaving the store beaming âYOU MADE MY DAY!!â And then I called my mom to tell her what an excellent experience that I had. I went back to my hotel to play with my new samples!    Read moreI feel compelled to write a review about the terrible treatment to the employees at this company. The management team is constantly belittling and degrading their employees. Thatâs unacceptable. The workplace culture is toxic, and it is clear the company cares more about profits than their employees well-being.
The managers are condescending and unhelpful. They speak down to their employees. From the looks of it the management is doing absolutely nothing. Employees seem to be expected to just put it but with this behavior and are even being pushed out for standing up for themselves.
I suggest finding a completely different Sephora before you ever step foot...
