J.Jill — Local services in Niles Township

I’m a small gift store owner. Today was the Friday before Mother’s Day and it was wonderfully wild at our store. I’m going to the theatre tomorrow afternoon and I have spent the week flipping out that I have nothing casual but nice enough to wear tomorrow. Because we were so busy all week at work, I have not had a chance to go shopping. So about 5 o’clock today I called JJill in Skokie. Jamie answered and put a shirt on hold for me. The shirt looked nice online but still I was clueless what to wear with it. Jamie told me the store was open until 9. I raced over after work at 8pm. I ran into the store, found Jamie and told her I needed a cute outfit to wear in 16 hours. Jamie pulled together 2 of the cutest outfits …EVER. She was so patient and wonderful and I promised to leave by closing and she said don’t worry, we will stay after if you need. WHAT????? Who does that? So 45 minutes later I walked out with two super cute outfits (not just theater wear but over and over dinner date wear, birthday party wear, out to lunch, out to dinner, off to work, clothes I can get so much use from.) Also some earrings, a pair of jeans, a great ivory tank and a present for my business partner!! Jamie was amazing!!!!! Above and beyond (and I left her with 15 minutes to spare!!!) JJill (and of course Jamie) will be my first go to from now on!! Thanks JJill so much for employing such great people!!

I also would like to mention skokie and deer park are my 2 jjill stores. Several years ago I stopped shopping at Jjill because the staff was really very icky to work with. And if you brought back a return it was as if they were doing a gigantic favor returning it!! Not great attitudes, not very nice, etc. I started shopping a couple of years ago at your stores again. Not sure what has changed but Deer park and Old Orchard have such consistently wonderful service. Please pass along my sincere thanks. And whatever may have changed at the corporate level, the results are so noticeable and appreciated.

I love JJill, their clothes are of exceptional quality and they fit in all the right places. Recently I purchased a flattering top with a scooped neck and ample sleeves where the seam extended past the shoulder and was brought down a little. It's a lot more flattering to the female figure and is soft to the touch. The reason I gave them a 2 star review is when I asked the sales clerk for the wooden hanger she said yes but switched it with the ugly plastic one! When I discovered it I immediately went back to the store and asked why. I was told they only give out the plastic ones! I protested and said I've received them in the past but they wouldn't budge. I was so disgusted I wanted to return my top but cooler heads prevailed and I kept it. In the future though I'm staying away from...

Love this store. The salespersons are so helpful and really nice. I don’t know how anyone can leave this store without buying something. I always go to this Jill. We also order from the catalog a lot they always have great sales. I would say most of the clothes in my closet...
