EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Associates don’t tell you their policy before paying. It’s almost as if they’re trained to fool people unless someone were to directly ask. I went to pay and was told “oh I’ll make sure to get you gift receipts so it’s nice and organized” but conveniently failed to mention it’s essentially final sale. They have it written on a tiny plaque amongst other things about their store that you’d never see unless you were looking for it which no one would be because what stores unless it’s a boutique don’t return things?! On top of that the woman who helped me had a major attitude like I was inconveniencing her by being in her presence. A fancy storefront with overpriced jewelry. Read moreWhat a great store! Seriously!! Yesterday my husband and I went in yesterday to pick a gift. But ended up buying way more thanks to the help from Roxanne. She was so sweet and patient not with me but with my kids! Was able to help us find exactly what I wanted and my vision. So thankful for her. Then we had a few more questions and that assist manager was so sweet and kind. She was so encouraging and supportive of her staff. When we complimented Roxanne she was so appreciative of it looked to her employee and said "Yes, truly amazing". Overall just such a great shopping experience....
