Entered the store and without having to wait around for someone to take notice or even ask for help, I was Immediately greeted by a member of staff. Michelle Kriegel was phenomenal! I had to ask for her name... She knew everything product related, all the designs the respective colors from tops to bottoms, understood exactly what I needed and wasted no time to gather all the things I wanted and nothing that I didn't. It was multitasking on another level and Vuori aesthetics and quality aside (which appear to be high) I was really impressed and really hard pressed to remember the last time I had such an amazing shopping experience. At checkout I also met Debra Peri who oversaw things and informed her about how unbelievable her staff was and she just completed that amazing experience for me. Simply put... I walked out that store happy, smiling and about ten inches...

First time visiting this store and have never purchased anything in the past. When I looked up this location the less than 3 star review caught my attention. "How can a clothing store have a 2.8 rating with only 13 reviews?" Of course being the curious, informed consumer, I read all of them prior to my visit.

I had a very good experience at Vuori Old Orchard. I was warmly greeted by Josiah upon entering the store and he helped answer my questions about the specific items I was looking forward. As I tried on different items and asked questions of the different staff members everyone was friendly and helpful. The young lady who was near the fitting room, to the young lady who helped me at the register and the interaction with the store manager, everyone was friendly and helpful.

hi this is a new company, i read the negative reviews, they are laughable garbage, this place puts /LULUlemon to SHAME, its 70% of the price and the materials are a better touch than LULU

one negative review i read was from a racist, the other bad review clearly shows that the cust is lying

their pants will beat out lululemon in two years time or better
