This is by far the worst Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to. Wednesday July 6th 3pm visit 55 or so tables 25+ were filthy piled with trash. We had a large group of 11 people, there were only 10 other guest when we arrived. Because our group was so large we ordered 3 pizzas got our drinks and tried to find 2 tables by each other...we couldn't. I went to the front and asked if someone could bus a few tables, we were told they couldn't they had to watch the door while he bounced a ball against the front wall. (Yes you heard that right literally bouncing a ball and catching it) I had to bus my own table to accommodate us. That was fine, had to be done to have all of is sit together. The part that made me extremely angry was after doing so one of the female employees apparently took offense and very obviously started bad mouthing and pointing at us from the front entry area. I would love to tell you what her name was, but not one of the 6 employees I saw had on a name tag....2 didn't even have on their uniforms. I assume they work there since I saw them behind the counter, one with a head set one without. I opted to try and enjoy myself with my kids instead of dealing with the issues, but the more I thought about it I decided to post this review. Very, very disappointed in our visit. I would give them a worse rating, but had to post at least one star...
Read moreWent last night, about 7 machines didn't work, when I told the lady all she said was OK, that was after the 2nd time we told them, so at the end I told them again hey there are like 6 machines that don't work that we wasted about 10 to 15 points on, she goes well you know you shoulda told us an we coulda gave you points, my boyfriend wanted to say we did tell the other employees an they didn't do anything, but the reason why I am saying cause yall shoulda put signs out saying not working if they obviously knew it wasn't working especially when they knew what I was complaining about, an when the 3rd employee said well you shoulda told us, we was like we did an yall did nothing about it, didn't give us extra points, we had to go through the games trying to figure out which ones worked because the employees wouldn't tell us or mark them wasn't available. So at the moment yes, I spent 30$ dollars, an a good 15$ got wasted an your employee knew exactly which ones but didn't inform us, an then acted like we never told them an then wanted to play the we coulda helped if you told us, when we did...
Read moreWe did Chuck E. Cheese for my sons birthday last year and it was wonderful! This year wasn't so great. I felt rushed and honestly felt like an annoyance the entire time. My host kept disappearing to the point where I had to ask another parties host to put my son in the ticket blaster. We had personal items thrown away when the host began rushing us out even though I still had time and was already working on cleaning up myself. I had to serve the kids drinks and pizza myself so I wasn't even getting to enjoy watching my son. I didn't pay 200 dollars to host the party myself. I understand that this place is busy but when the party has been reserved for weeks and you still aren't prepared for it, it's a little upsetting. I had personal belongings thrown away when she was rushing to get us out, even she was only behind because of Chuck E. missing a cue. It's a place of great fun with good food, but having this party there this year really caused me to not enjoy my sons birthday. I don't think I'd recommend anyone reserve a birthday. Just go for dinner in the middle of the week...
