The worst costumer service ever!!! I was in the store, I filled the application, one of the salesperson who was selling me a tv Samsung 75ā didnāt know what was selling I had to google it to know what was the features of the the electronic. While she is filling my inf in the system the āManagerā passed by saying: What are you getting so I said: A tv 75ā. He said: the down payment is a lot for that tv. I was wondering who was him? I just wanted to leave right away the store. But I wanted the tv and I let it go. A couple of minutes later the āManagerā called me to get into the room asking me how did I know about Aaronās? I told him I live really near and got my attention. So he asked me: If do I know a person who lives in the building ( He mention the name) I said I move two weeks ago and I donāt know nobody in the building. So he left the room, he came back after 3 to 4 Mins saying I donāt qualify for the tv because the landlord is not the person who I put in the application, the wage I didnāt put it in the application which of course the person who was selling me the tv could of perfectly told me to filled that part and Because I had two references from NY which is the same problem that I just mention about the salesperson she could of specifying that. Is not like I just know 4 people on this world. She could of told me about the specific rule for the references. So I proceeded to called my landlord while the phone was ringing I told the āManagerā to hold on that Iām calling the landlord because he said she is not the landowner due to another Aaronās customer live in the building I live and had another name as a Landlord. So this lady who is my landlord answered the phone telling me about some appliances that she has to install in the house while the āManagerā saying you donāt qualify for that tv but I can give you a cheaper tv I Said no. So he goes like okay, have a nice day and turned giving me his back typing in the computer. ( which I think if I qualify for a cheaper tv I absolutely qualify for that tv that I wanted) So I hanged up on the phone. I opened the folder to take my information, he turned back saying Iām sorry but you can not take those papers which is one of the rules of the company and he can get fired. I said Iām sorry but thatās my information. So he stands up and donāt want me to let go. For a second I was scared because he was standing up in the offices door that I was in and I told him you can get in trouble for this so he called another guy telling him that I was taking my information so he goes like ms you canāt take that either you qualify or donāt ( which I donāt understand for what they want my information if Iām not getting anything??? So he said itās fine have a nice day. I was inside of me like really?? Why the supposed āManagerā donāt have manners, he was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and besides that he hold me in that room without letting me go! Iām very disappointed and one more time the worst service ever. I donāt wanna mention a few points but is kind of a discriminating situation and was nonsense the reason why I donāt qualify for that tv but of course I qualify for a cheaper one. What this means ? AFTER GOING THROUGH MY REFERENCES, JOB VERIFICATION, AND WAITING SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE DELIEVERY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FROM 11AM-3PM , AND ARRIVED AT 4PM FOR THE DELIVERY MAN TO BARELY COME TO THE APARTMENT BUILDING AND DEMAND MY ID IN WHICH I EXPLAINED DOESN'T OBTAIN THIS ADDRESS BECAUSE I JUST MOVED HERE. I PROVIDED HIM MY LEASE IN WHICH HE GAVE BACK TO ME SAYING IT WAS NO GOOD AND THEN MY PSE&G BILL IN WHICH THEY STILL SAID NO. I PROCEEDED TO CALL THE STORE TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER , IM NOT SURE WHO I SPOKE TO , A HISPANIC MALE SAID TO BE THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND MISHANDLED ME , I EXPLAINED TO HIM EVERYTHING , HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK . WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM THE DELIVERY MEN HAD ALREADY LEFT, AND THEN "THE MANAGER" CALLED ME BACK VERY RUDELY TO SAY THEY WERE CANCELING THE ORDER , MY LEASE HAD WHITEOUT ON IT, AS IF IM FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS OR SOMETHING WHEN I ALSO PROVIDED THE PSE&G BILL AS WELL . UPON ARRIVAL THE DELIVERY MEN DID NOT WANT TO DO THE DELIVERY TO BEGIN WITH BECAUSE OF THE AREA, ONE NEVER GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK AND THE OTHER WAS VERY ON EDGE AND IN A HURRY AND WAS NON BELIEVING OF THE INFORMATION I WAS PROVIDING AND GAVE ME A VERY DIFFICULT TIME , I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE. NO ONE ASKED ME ANYTHING OR SAID ANYTHING JUST DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR NO REASON AT ALL. IHAVE 100 PAGES IN MY LEASE TO VERIFY MY NAME AND ADDRESS THAT ONE SPECIFIC PAGE HAD WHITEOUT ON IT BECAUSE OF A PRIOR STAMP FROM A DIFFRENT AGENCY AND THATS WHERE THE WHITEOUT CAME FROM AT THE VERY BOTTON OF THE PAGE AND DELIVERY MAN FAILED TO MENTION I GAVE HIM A LEASE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO THEN TELL THEM THERE WAS WHITEOUT ON IT. The store personal are incompetent and never update the information into their system. Such as payments and due dates of such payments. We have been harrassed continuously and our family members as well. They charged late payments, when they were not supposed to and would come to our home to take back the furniture that was paid for. They just showed up to our home, claiming that they were taking back the furniture, because of non-payment. Mind you, the furniture was paid off in full over two months ago. When their representative called the store and spoke to Chris, it was confirmed that they were in error and the furniture was paid in full. I spoke to this person Chris, who stated that the paid in full information was never put into the system. I whole heartedly donot recommend Arron's to anyone. They have very bad business practices and are extremely unprofessional as far as I'm concerned. I will never do business with this company again. Completely...
