Kirkland's Home — Local services in North Canton

Kirkland’s used to be my favorite store. There was such an eclectic variety to choose from years ago at the Summit Mall location. Now the majority of the merchandise is farmhouse style. The quality is just not there for the price. There are some cute reasonably priced items to choose from, but there are also some poor quality items as well. There was a display yesterday 7/26 near the front door that included 3 ceramic pumpkins. I searched through at least 10 boxes to find a set that wasn’t flawed but finally gave up. No employees asked if they could help nor did anyone greet us when we entered the store. The potpourri sachets are so overwhelming! We were in the store maybe 30 minutes, and I could still smell the potpourri on my shirt 2 hours later. Definitely not a store you’d want to shop in if you are...

If I could give less than one star I would! I placed a large order just before midnight last night and within five minutes of placing the order I attempted to cancel it because I found the exact same product on another website for several hundred dollars less! Here’s the issue….. you cannot cancel an order once it’s placed and a recorded customer service message directs you to a phone number where somebody is supposed to be available 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday and the phone number just cycles and no one answers or responds! Nobody responds to email and the manager of the local Kirklands in Canton Ohio was absolutely no help! I will never order another thing from this...

I want to share how happy I am with Kirkland’s and the people that work for this store. Andrea at the Perrysburg location in Ohio and the District Manager went above and beyond to assist me. I fell in love with a painting that Kirklands sold out of. The Perrysburg store was the only location in Ohio that had 1 left and I live 2 1/2 hours away from there. Andrea and the District Manager went all out to ensure I would get this painting!! I am so appreciative of this and can’t thank them enough!! I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before and am thrilled!! Thanks...
