They let the managers attack the good employees who actually work and do their jobs right. The managers have a group of friends who work under them who they allow to go shopping at the outlets all day or go home and sleep while the good workers pick up the slack and are treated like slaves. Those same people who are missing all day will falsify work and sign off and say a job is completed when it wasn’t. HR and Ethics will side with the managers every time and NEVER investigate anything even when you have plenty of proof against the manager. They will open an investigation and when you present them with facts they continually say “we want to know about how they treat you, not your teammates…” when you’re trying to explain how they helped your teammate in the same situation but wouldn’t help you in the situation or whatever. They always say “well it’s your word against theirs…” instead of looking over the cameras and looking into it. When you inform your manager that you’re pregnant and they’re supposed to relocate you away from harsh chemicals but instead he puts you closer to those chemicals. You turn in your notice and he makes sure you’re put in a smaller area working with MPK all day long so you can’t finish your two week notice because it’s either risk the health of your unborn child or leave the company you tried years to get into without finishing your notice out. So because he forced you to cut your notice short he made sure you’re marked for ineligible for rehire and when you report what he did to HR and Ethics before you leave in the middle of your notice they won’t investigate and instead side with him by saying “well he said you never told him you were pregnant, he said he never knew that.” So at that point you lose the job you worked so hard to get because everyone in that place is corrupt and a big joke. Don't work here unless you plan on doing a crap job like everyone else and being a manager favorite because you kiss the ground they walk on instead of doing quality work to actually make the planes run and operate correctly avoiding hundreds or thousands of deaths when they start going down due to the poor workmanship. Oh and don’t think you’ll be able to sue them for treating you unfairly because they will certainly make sure you don’t survive the entire trial and you’ll die mysteriously before it’s over with. Good luck with this joke of a place! Also don’t fly on Boeings planes… they don’t do quality checks even when they claim they do and just pass off any work to make their numbers look better for the higher ups and the public. Why do you think so many aircraft’s of theirs are having so many issues? They need to be challenged on the quality of their work because to let garbage planes like these out of the building with things falling apart and employees falsifying work is crazy… Why do you think they don’t allow pictures or videos to be taken inside of the plant? So you can’t get evidence against the poor workmanship before those horrible jobs they’re buying off are covered with walls, flooring, seats and overhead bins… Why do you think they’re so against having a Union in SC?! More people should be challenging and investigating them on how corrupt...

As a veteran, with major depression issues, i was forced to quit. I was coerced to resign instead of termination. This means i dont get unemployment benefits. Im very skilled in what I do as a painter. I work with attention to detail and always strive for quality work. I love what i did, I enjoyed what skills I've provided here to make customers happy. Coworkers I've worked with know how knowledgeable I am with the experience I have. My work speaks for itself. Managements here only care about quantity and treating people like numbers and slaves. Unfortunately, the paint managers here treats us poorly, and it made me feel unappreciated, and it has affected my life. Only 2 managers actually cared all the rest not so much. They say "its just business." But the things they say about we care and such, that's a lie. Can't even get a law firm to help me fight my case cause they say it's an at will state, guess boeing can fire you for being suicidal but make it seem like its for something else. They know what they did and its against the law. Boeing has made me not want to work for them cause they allow these managers be greedy and disrespectful. I am a Courier I was sent to Boeing to pick up a package. Let me tell you they have some of the most rudest security guards I have ever met in my life one of the security guards asked me to park somewhere, and the other one jumps my case because I parked there, and I explained to him that he told me to park here, I’m sitting outside in my car where the second security guard asked me to park smoking a cigarette nowhere close to the building in the parking lot and just because he has a little bit of power he decides to ask me to put my cigarette out In my personal opinion, The second security officer has some kind of power issue and he should be fired. If I knew his name I’d put it out there rude SOB. If that’s how the security guards treat a person hired to do a job for Bowie I can’t imagine how they treat people coming here for...
