Not happy at all with this Spirit location this year, so far.. I went in opening day and all the Sam lanterns sold out, and was told I would be put on a list to call when they arrived . A few days goes by and i called to ask to check the inventory, and was told Columbia was the closest location with it. I ended up driving the 90 miles to grab it and pick up a few more things instead of holding my breathe to see if they would call
The next day I go into this location, only to see a slew of the item I was told was out of stock (never actually checked), sitting on the shelves. I asked when they had gotten there and was told "a few days ago, by a really poor attituded employee in the back .
I walk around this location, and ended up spending about 200 dollars , but couldn't get an answer on anything ranging from the buy one get ones, to inventory. There was about 3 people working in the store , and only the one floor girl seemed to be doing her job... And she did it really well.. I'm not going to say don't go in here , because I know I'll go back, but I hope they fix...
Read moreBuyer Beware... I purchased a kid's wig 2 weeks ago and tried to return it 2 days later, completely untouched and unopened. They would not accept the return saying that it was their policy. I was not told this at check out, they could not show me where it was posted anywhere in the store, nor was it on my receipt. The only thing they offered was an exchange which made no sense if they were willing to take a loss on another wig, why would they not just give me a refund or even a store credit? I contacted their corporate customer service, who tried to contact the store while I was on hold, and they never answered. I was told I would get a call back from corporate after they got in touch with the store but that never happened either. Bad business practices, lost repeat customer but they don't care. And you wonder why people shop on-line more these days......

We got in line to pay and there was a issue and by the time it was corrected there was a line all the way to the back. There were two other coworkers other than the nice lady helping us, Jaleen I think her name was (She had pink hair.) The two members of staff other than Jaleen were having what seemed to be a personal conversation with zero urgency and professionalism in that moment. I felt for Jaleen. She did a great job was very polite and professional even with it becoming very busy that quickly. She deserves to be recognized for doing such a great job under a stressful situation.
