The store is always clean and tidy. This is now one of my favorite places to shop. I love the deals and sales. I go here for early Christmas shopping. I got a Nine West purse for a decent price and 2 new tennis shoes for work and they are the best! On 07-18-2025 we walked in the store at 8:50 pm and didn’t realize they closed at 9:00pm. There was a worker in a white shirt and brown hair she was a mid aged white lady that said loudly “why do they keep coming in JUST LEAVE!” my mom went up to purchase an item and over heard the employee cuss us out and mocked us using gestures implying we were mentally disabled. First time having a bad experience at Hamrick’s. Never thought I’d be talked about that when I’m giving them my money. I work in customer service myself and have never talked about a customer like that before....

We don't go often due to the drive and area, but we walked in and they were crowded. I knew they're were lots of people shopping but when we were finished I thought the lines would have gone down. They didn't, the lines were in the back of the store. I was in line for about forty five minutes, my back was breaking and legs were giving out, but where can you get forty to fifty percent off of these items. That's the only reason I stayed.
