I went into Lynn’s Furniture 11/24/24 shopping for a new couch. I found one that I really liked. I explained to Victor, the salesman, the way the couch would need to be configured, he assured me that it can be done that way. He literally put his hands on the couch and felt around where the split would need to happen. I went ahead with the purchase. The purchase included delivery and set up. The delivery came Wednesday the 29th. I told the delivery guys how I wanted the couch configured. They told me that the couch, in fact could not be configured that way and showed me why. They asked if I wanted them to set it up, I told them no. I called Lynn’s when they opened that day. I asked to speak with the store manager and got Khrissy on the phone. I told her if this isn’t going to work, they need to pick the couch up. She was nice and polite and said she needed to talk to salesman and get back to me. Victor called me back. He said, I understand you have questions about the configuration of the couch. I told him that the couch could not be configured the way he said it could be configured. He denied ever saying that. I told him my witness was standing right next to me and she made sure the the question and answer was very clear. He told me that he doesn’t know what he’ll be able to do about it. I told him he better figure it out quickly and call me back. I got a call back from Khrissy. She said she was going to contact the factory and see if she can get a frame shipped so I can have my couch configured the way I was told it could be. On December 9th I reached out to get an update. Khrissy told me one set of the framing rails was on its way and she’s waiting on the other side to be shipped. OK, at this point I’m starting to feel somewhat at ease that this issue will actually be resolved. On the 19th I reached out again for an update and got a response on the 21st. her response was, unfortunately, the rails are on backorder and the factory is closed till after the new year. So we will have a response after the new year. We were in the area on December 28th and stopped by to talk face to face. Khrissy was there and we asked her about an update on the rails. At that point she tells me that it has been discontinued. I’m not sure if these other rails that were shipped was truthful or not. I was calm and collective so we looked around at other couches. I found another one that I liked. We talked to her again and said we’d like to return the couch and purchase this one. She told me that they wouldn’t take it back. I’ve called several times since then and have not got a call back. It seems Lynn’s doesn’t really care. I was lied to and sold something that doesn’t work in my house. I purchased a mattress and some furniture in October, spending over $3,500, only to discover the mattress was defective shortly after. Despite reaching out multiple times, the store manager and staff have been unhelpful in resolving my issue.
Initially, everyone was very friendly and accommodating—until the sale was finalized. Once they had my money, their attitude shifted, and I was left to deal with a defective mattress on my own. The warranty and furniture they sell and promote feels like a scam; they do not honor warranty or take responsibility for the poor-quality products they sell.
This place may look appealing at first, but don’t be fooled! Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else where the staff actually stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

However, I find it disappointing that you're unable to locate my purchase in your system despite me having spent over $3,500 at your store in October, perhaps under my wife Jovita you may find the order. This is just another example of the lack of accountability I’ve experienced throughout this process.
To clarify, our purchase was indeed made at your location. I’ve repeatedly reached out for assistance regarding the defective mattress, yet no real effort has been made to resolve the issue. If there are specific warranty guidelines that needed to be followed, your staff should have taken the initiative to guide me through the process instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own.

DO NOT GO HERE. I don’t know if all these good reviews are legitimate.
We ordered multiple pieces the week of thanksgiving. We were told about three weeks, and that’s only because of the holiday. We ended up getting it a little over 4 weeks later, but that part isn’t the big deal. It’s the calling and checking on it and being hardly told any information, feeling like we were more of a bother and inconvenience to the employees, and the whole suspicious character of it all.
We were told that the coffee table and end table were on extreme back order but we could look at the floor models. We were told they got the bar cart IN.
When we picked up, they wheeled the floor model of the bar cart up that we had looked at originally. We had to take the coffee table, end table and one of the other end tables as floor models because they said they don’t know when we would get it in.
They tried to blame it on the salesperson who helped us, but she wasn’t the one who rang us out.
They then tried to say the bar cart was marked on clearance and they only get one of those in at a time and it’s a unique piece. Everything was fishy, the two ladies there seemed like we were inconveniencing them, and the fact they had to try to blame it on an employee who is no longer there was just shocking. I WILL...
