I am very upset as my daughter went to the Highland Taco Bell today approx 30 minutes ago and purchased 12 taco pack and nachos. She paid cash no receipt given. Came home and the tacos were full with approx 1/2 a teaspoon or less. When we called and asked for the manager, a male said for what. I responded excuse me I need to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager and as I asked him for his name, he said he does not have to give me his name. I asked them what was the regional managers name absent he said he does not have to give their name. I asked him for corporate no, and he said he did not know. Very rude and unprofessional! He then hung up on me. I called back 2 other times and he hung up on me as well. I could not believe this! Who allows someone to run their store and treat customers soo poorly. Unbelievable! I even took a pic of one if the tacos and recorded My daughters and the so called manager as to how rude and unprofessional he presented himself over the phone. I even told him I was recording him. I am appalled and hope that someone sees this. My daughter called back and a lady answered and she blantley refused to even hear her out, stating they do not have to give names, and that the manager was on a business call at 835pm? What is going on there? My daughter called back the same man answered and told him that she wants a refund and would pick up tomorrow, and he said you have to bring back food to get refund. My husband ate the shell, lettuce, cheese and little 1/2 teaspoon of meat that they put in. I need to speak to a manager, a real manager!
I am beyond disgusted and dissatisfied in your service. They obviously do not care how they treat there customers. Mind you, I took photo of poorly made taco.
I have been a customer since I was a teen and never in my life have I had an issue with other Taco Bell’s. This was uncalled for as I was not rude, but I felt as if I was bothering them by calling as he was dismissive and hung up...
Read moreI really like the new cantina menus items. Specifically the soft tacos with the avocado salsa. They are well seasoned, the chicken is a better quality than even Panera serves. It’s not Chipotle I know it comes in precooked and is “re-thermalized” for service, but it’s good and the avocado salsa is the best part.
So today I stop by and order on the kiosk. The employee, a male places it on the rack and runs to the back. I tried to get his attention and point out the missing sauce, but he had gotten so far I woulda needed a megaphone.
So I waved at a young lady who seemed to be a manager. She had the nerve to scold me for waving her down. Obviously Taco Bell managers have lost all grasp of reality the correct response would be, “I am sorry we forgot your sauce and needed to flag someone down” (because we ignore the front line now that kiosks are installed)”.
Maybe leave off the last part but seriously get a grip young lady your scolding me FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTALE IS THE OPPOSITE OF YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!!
Taco Bell corporate you need a wake up call that increasing digital sales is not an excuse to hide in the kitchen and ignore traditional dine-in customers. This is your wake up call. We have lots of choices for Mexican food. Why piss off your existing customers today so you need to offer them promotions tomorrow, because we stopped coming in. You had business and pissed it away with rampant indifference. At the very least the manager on duty at 12:25 needs retraining. Maybe she should be replaced?
She also seemed to be doing something strange with a young male customer or off duty employee in the dining room? Maybe an illegal transaction? Someone should review the surveillance video...
Read moreThis place is awful. Twice now I placed online orders and had issues. First time I showed up to pickup and their lobby was locked. This was at normal dinner hours too. The employee came up and told me they closed early and to just cancel my order in the app. Not possible once they marked it as being made. I had to contact Taco Bell corporate to get my refund back. This last time I went to go pick up my order, lobby locked once again. Guy came out after 8 or so minutes to tell me they were out of an item. Told me to cancel my order again but I knew better. He went inside to check on it, turned the lobby lights off and never came back out. I had to go knock on the door to get someone else to come help. They claimed the order never came through, then changed their story to tell me the item was out. Told me to cancel once again and I had to show them my phone to show it was not possible. Finally they said they can substitute the item, which I ended up doing because I already paid and wanted my dinner. The item was cheaper than the cancelled items, but I was tired of arguing. Got the food after waiting a total of a half hour there, and they didn’t even make everything properly....
