The phone was initially brought in with a faulty charge port. The worker, had 4 1/2 hours left on Sunday, but said he did not have enough time to complete the 1hour repair, so I brought it in the following day, to Amy, for the charge port replacement. That was replaced, and then the battery would not charge when I arrived for pick up. A new battery was put in, and then kept another day/night to be checked after the battery power was fully depleted. Before this initial issue, the battery health, was at 86%, according to the phone's general settings. When I got the phone back, I had gotten a few phone calls, and they all could barely hear me, two could not hear me at all. Only on speaker, were individuals able to hear me, and I could barely hear them, with the speaker phone, and the phone touching my ear, at the speaker port, at max volume. Also when hard wired to my truck stock stereo, the music volume is barely registering, when I have the phone at full volume. I could not go past half volume before the repair, without heavy distortion. Bluetooth volume is not effected. The charging port was replaced again. The call volume seemed to have helped, as I have not had people say they can barely hear me. However, the volume still does not function properly when using a cable, to the truck stereo. Both Amy and some worker, were trying to blame the cable, when I told them both, I used 2 other cables, for a test, and they both did the same thing. Both Amy and the worker, started to get irritated and became rude, saying that this new issue is not their responsibility, when the phone was just worked on, rather extensively, twice, and I had tried multiple cables, with the same result. They refused to fix my phone, to how it was when I brought it in, but I sure paid in full, & got back a phone with new issues, caused by the staff of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had my iPhone X battery replaced by them in June. The battery went bad within 3 months. They again replaced it for free under warranty with a different brand battery. That battery also went bad after 3 months. By that time i was out of their warranty window (6 months). They were pleasant to deal with but blamed me. I have had cellphones for 20+ years and had the iPhone for 3 years previously and never had a battery fail so fast. I closely follow Appleās charging recommendations.
So although i am glad they honored their warranty, i cannot recommend them for iPhone batteries. My advice to you would be to stick with apple oem batteries.
Edit: Thanks for offering to talk with me. I did not contact batteries plus after the second battery failed (so they did not have a chance to make it right). I instead cut my losses and jus purchased a new phone.
Edit2: At same time my iPhone X battery was replaced we had the battery for an iPad replaced. The battery failed 7 months later (1 month after their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer experience I've had in recent memory. I had to pay for a charger and wait two days. I had to run my card through 2x to see approved on the machine. After 2 days my account had 2 transactions on hold. They had the part but were maintaining that both transactions were voided, meanwhile I am frozen out of my money and they wanted me to pay again. They were waiting on multiple customers at the same time and not solving my dilemma. After 45 minutes I left saying if any money comes out my credit union I'm calling the Police. Oh, I never got the charger. I came home and ordered one from Amazon for an eighth the price but I'm concerned about the plug, that's why I wanted to buy one in person. I will never recommend these people who don't know how to run their charge machine. I'd tried to order online from their web site first but it was impossible to find...
