Maurices — Local services in Norton Shores

I love Maurice's style and the prices. The customer service is usually awesome! The only complaint I have is most of the time there is only one employee working. This does not allow the employee to greet each customer (which is one of my favorite parts of this store, greeting you with a smile and a hello), help the customer with finding products or attending customers in other ways. I like the personal touch Maurice's gives customers with the dressing rooms. However, when there is only one employee working alone, this means you must come out of the dressing room each time if you want a different size or color. Recently bought a shirt, which was really cute. Lots of cute clothes in the store. Washed the shirt per the instructions and the seam twisted. Returned it to the Norton Shores store (8/13) and the older employee, with short, blonde hair, was a bit confrontational and informed me that once you wash something from their store you are not able to return it, but the younger employee (wish I knew her name) was kind and allowed me to do it. There is nothing on their receipt or in the store that informs you of this policy. Good luck...
