I just want to say that in 2019, it is rare to get good customer service in retail these days. I went into the store to purchase a treadmill with an online coupon, when I tried to pull up the online coupon, Dunham's Sports corporate website had removed it, even though a day earlier it claimed it to be valid for the rest of the month. I was pretty devastated, and appealed my case to Taylor, one of the store's managers. She didn't have to believe me when I said there was an online coupon that had vanished, (which was 100% accurate) but she did. She then went above and beyond to help me, starting with searching for the coupon herself in the back for roughly 15 minutes, and then ultimately selling me the treadmill for what I had come in to the store to pay. Just want the store's "bigwigs" to know that Taylor's customer service made me a loyal Dunham's Sports customer from now on, and I will purposely shop there over Dick's Sports across the street as a result. Read moreI really love the deals and some of the sales associates. What i didn't like was being followed around like a common thief. Everywhere I went he followed as if he was sting from the police. Made me very sad that I was profiled in this way. Next time I go in, I'll request the loss prevention person to just walk alongside me as I shop. Make it easier for them to watch out for me. I always spend a lot of money when I go in. Sad you can't even look at stuff trying to figure out what you need and dont need. I recently purchased a gun and was trying ro figure out all the things I would need to properly care for it. Looking at gun cases, cleaning stuff, to different clips. And ammo. Read moreWent in to our local Dunham's shortly after 8 p.m. Wanted to try on a pair of shorts but, of course, the fitting room (located in the far back of the store) door was locked. No sales person in sight on the floor and one checkout clerk in the front. I would have had to walk all over the store to find a clerk (he was located also in the front of the store when we went up to the checkout) in order to try on the garment. WHY WOULD THE STORE NOT HAVE A BUZZER OR SOMETHING AT THE FITTING ROOM DOOR FOR CUSTOMERS' CONVENIENCE???
