The store is nicely organized. The cashiers are polite. My only problem was with the manager on shift. I overheard her name is Laura. The cashier mistakenly asked for a price check before realizing that what i was purchasing was a two piece set. The set included a cropped sweater and spandex shorts. The cashier told Laura that she didn’t need a price check anymore. But no, Laura came to inspect the item. on both items the tag said, includes: a cropped sweater & shorts with pockets on the side. That fit the description of the items on the counter. I had seen another grey set with the exact same materials paired together. Laura argued with me on that and said that the top was not the same material as the shorts. Well, obviously, Laura. I’m under the impression she has no idea what a sweater feels like. She proceeds to tell me she has to double check. At this point i’m like fine whatever ms. ma’am. Once the clock hits 5 minutes I see the cashier growing impatient because she knows this is a two piece and that this is ridiculous. She talks to Laura over the walkie talkie’s they have and says “Laura it is a 2 piece, it says it on the tag”. I have no idea what Laura says to that but the cashier proceeded to let me pay. A waste of almost 6 minutes because the manager on shift can’t read. Thanks, Laura. Doing an...
Read moreI just left here. They have no consideration for people with disabilities. I’m in crutches and explained that to the manager that I can not stand for a long time because I recently had surgery. The line was really long. She expected me to walk BACK to the fitting room, to sit and wait, in crutches after I told her I’m already in pain and then come back to the front once my husband is in the front to pay. I’m not faking my disability I’m literally in crutches. I had 4 items. I just wanted to pick out a present myself for my brother. Any other store is considerate and accommodating. A simple accommodation for someone who needs it should be an easy task. I’m only 1 person with 4 items who is in crutches and pain someone should have been able to help me in the front. The manager here Jackie S was so rude to send me to the fitting room to sit excepting me to then walk all the way back to the front. I’m in literal pain. She was dismissive. She sees me in crutches and pain and wanted me to go all the way to the fitting room when it was already a painful process the walking I already did. I ended up just leaving the items instead. I’ll take my money somewhere else. This...
Read moreHit and miss for men's clothes. Sometimes great other times the racks are bare. Sometimes they get some higher end stuff in like Theory, Diesel, 7 etc. Home section generally good, but obviously not as much as the Home Goods down the street.
The only annoying thing is that they announce their closing and to bring up your final purchases and then everybody disappears from the cash registers to start cleaning up the store after they make the announcement leaving like 1 or 2 registers open. I mean when they're asking people to bring their final purchases up that's when they should have people at the registers so generally it's about 5 minutes between customers checking out and if you're in the back of the line that...
