Went to this place because it is a high tier location to cash in winners over $500 and had to drive over an hour on my only day off to cash my ticket for the guy to say the system is down! They should have the capability to cash the ticket regardless as they are a high tier and people have to go out of their way to get there Connecticut lottery should look into taking this away from this location, go to Waterbury will be reporting...
