The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!! Ocean City desperately needs a better bookstore. Why support local bookstores when they won’t even help their customers? I came in looking for a book I was really excited to read and they told me their system showed they received the book but it probably wasn’t unpacked yet. The woman was extremely nasty and refused to go in the back and look for the book for me. She told me to come back tomorrow when the store was open for several more hours. She was just being lazy. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just go in the back and get it for me. I guess they don’t want to make sales or customers happy. Also, another time I went in to return a book I didn’t like and they continuously wouldn’t help me saying they had no return policy even though my purchase was...

Very rude staff and also basic summer reads that you could find anyway plus they sell the same books over and over again with not a lot of good titles. I went into the non-fiction section and fiction section 10 times this summer and it’s just the same stock with a few new paperbacks every couple of months…also no real books with REPRESENTATION like LGBT+ reads for example.. just a basic store with basic books and a rude staff …I don’t care what they write back please skip this place and lets get a REAL...
