It is such a relief to see all the comments about the absolutely shockingly horrible two ladies who work here. I’ve truly never experienced anything like this before. You would have to experience it in person to believe it. I was so confused and assumed something was wrong behind the scenes but it was impossible not to immediately notice how painfully miserable they both seemed. I stuck around to listen to a few of their interactions with other customers and it was jaw dropping how cruel and careless these women were to absolutely everyone. I love giving the benefit of the doubt but after seeing all of the comments over the years, it’s clear that this shop is just ran by the two most unpleasant women in the state of Maine and I have no idea why such miserable unhappy and cold human beings would have any interest in retail. Could not have been any more of an unpleasant shopping experience, I have no idea what these ladies have gone through to make them so bitter and unlikable but I would suggest everyone do whatever you can to avoid spending a moment in their presence. This is a very interesting shop. My grand daughter and I visit when we are in Ogunquit. Today, we experienced a cold manager who embarrassed us in front of other shoppers. We wanted to purchase a garden ornament we found just inside the front door. I didn't think they would want me to carry it around the store so planned on getting it on our way out. The item at the front door said $44.95. I then found a smaller height one elsewhere in the store also marked $44.95. On our way out I questioned why both were priced the same. The manager raised her voice and said the price was incorrect and she wouldn't sell me the taller one for the lower price. When I told her my experience has been that an item incorrectly priced is sold to the customer and THEN repriced correctly. The manager again raised her voice and reiterated that she doesn't have to sell it for the lower price. The taller garden ornament should be priced at $59.95. For $15.00 she has lost one of her valuable shoppers. I was embarrassed and insulted by her attitude. Not a good...

Kitschy gift shop with lots of lawn ornaments, Christmas decorations no matter the season and overpriced knick knacks.

Biggest gripe is the service. Workers are rude, and downright deceitful. Found something that had a 50% off tag and went to check out. They proclaimed it was not supposed to be on sale and proceeded to say it would only be sold full price. Technically illegal, as everything should be sold at the price marked....
