Spoiled Rotten — Local services in Ogunquit

When my friends and I initially entered the store we were welcomed and the atmosphere seemed nice, the workers were very pleasant. My friend accidentally knocked over a jar of jam, thankfully it did not break, but when the worker who greeted us came to see what the commotion was about she was terribly rude. We apologized, and nothing was broken whatsoever. She started to comment on my tattoo, giving me disapproving facial expressions and comments, creating a very awkward atmosphere. This completely threw me off seeing how I personally did nothing, I immediately left the store out of discomfort. Her reaction was completely rude and out of line, there was no need for a comment on my bodies personal choice, especially when my tattoo was not offensive whatsoever. Spoiled Rotten is a delightful store. The house is beautiful and the flags on the porch, as well as the beautiful landscaping, called to us.

Two kind and witty clerks were minding the store when we stopped in on Wednesday, June 12. They answered all our questions and helped us select gifts to take back to friends.

Literally the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I’ve been shopping here for years, at least once a summer, and I am always greeted by a friendly face offering me samples and sweet comments about my dog. And she loves the pets she gets from them!! ;) I’ve never left without at least a couple fun things like candles and dip mix. Cannot recommend this...
