Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center — Local services in Ogunquit

On 7/31/23 I called CC to inquire about transportation in Ogunquit and was told, you really didn't have any. Well, I was coming on the train the next day, how should I plan on getting from Wells Transportation Center to my motel in town ? I was given the number for Ocean Taxi, my lucky day. I called and Terry at OT said I could book a pick up. He was there and he provided Taxi service for my stay. My wife and I went on 3 days to Kennybunk, Maine Diner and back to the Wells TC for our trip home. Terry made our trip to Ogunquit a great experience....

I lost my iPhone at the Ogunquit Beach (I later found it) and called multiple numbers in hopes of reaching a customer service or lost and found center. The employee who answered at the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce was one of the nicest people I have ever spoken to and was so kind in giving me multiple additional numbers to help me try to find it. She was so kind to me even while I was freaking out, and honestly much nicer to me than I would have been to...

Parking in the city lot, by Police station....kiosk..had malfunctioned and a note was left ..and a couple of mobile apps to download....it must of dawned on Folks, that a large population of visitors are elderly we in our eighties, and confusion insured....having a person there to instruct Folks would have helped.!!I am sure many people just left, or parked...
