DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE. left this place feeling completely rattled by my experience with the owner, only to find out multiple customers have had very similar experiences. EXTREMELY rude, crotchety, and harsh old lady behind the counter that absolutely should not be in customer service. she yelled at me in the middle of the store for “ruining merchandise” that i simply picked up off the shelf and forced me to purchase it. my boyfriend confronted her and said the way she approached was rude and unnecessary and just she fought back. other customers in the store walked out and agreed that her behavior was completely uncalled for and they would never give her their business. do yourself a favor and DO NOT...

The horrifying owner screamed at my 5 year old child for knocking on the window as we were waiting on the side walk for someone in the store next door. She yelled at him so harshly she made him cry. I yelled back at her not to yell at my kid and asked how she liked being screamed at. We left thinking the horrible altercation was over but then 3 blocks away my child started crying again saying she’s following us and taking pictures.
