This was the worst furniture buying experience of my life. They didn't deliver the furniture on the scheduled date nor did that contact me. In spite of the fact that I contacted them that morning of scheduled delivery and they confirmed! I was forced to call them later that day only to be told that it would be delivered the following day. So I called the following day to confirm and get a window of time to no avail. I was told that they'd be calling whenever they were on their way. Of course they didn't. They delivered the furniture on a Friday at 4:50 pm without telling me. And there was a stair fee that was not given to me prior the delivery. Instead of contacting me, they merely stored it downstairs and told me to pay them hundreds of dollars to come back and move it. I don't mind a stair fee, but discuss it upfront and deliver on-time so that we could've worked it out if there was an issue! I met George and his TEAM including his lovely wife and adorable daughter. It was such a family affair and reminded me of my growing up in a furniture store and business when I was a child. They were accommodating, amazing customer service, tons of smiles and couldn't do enough to make my experience the best.
