The owners, Chase and Jasmine along with staff works diligently to provide the students with a positive atmosphere that promotes camaraderie, accountability, and encouragement, to each and every student that steps on the mat. They all work to create a positive environment for students of all skill levels to learn, grow, and experiment with their skills. They are very personable and are always willing to help their students. Coach Chase (and staff) leads the class with admirable consistency and is always willing to go the extra mile for his students. ( I know because he’s helped my kids B&M off mats also) He provides various teaching styles and methods that provide students the opportunity to grow in whatever way(s) works best for them. The numerous options of training styles grant students the ability to learn in a setting they feel comfortable with and their own pace, all while being encouraged to push themselves to achieve their goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of their experience with martial arts. This is an incredible spot to learn skills, get in shape, and cultivate positive relationships with your coaches, peers, and staff ( And lifelong friendships...

I've been for 2 Wednesday classes and an open mat so far. Everybody has been extremely friendly and welcoming (while also choking me and bending my elbows backwards). I signed up through the end of 2023 on a kick@ss promo and after 3 sessions, it's already been money well spent just from the workouts and people being cool and answering my beginner questions and giving pointers. If you get bored running and lifting at regular gyms, there is an easy-access culture to learn cool...
