Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Sonic is a great American fast-food joint. They offer a large drink variety with the ability to mix and match whatever combo you can come up with, even with candy! They have several specials throughout the week. Right now they have half-off burgers on Tuesdays and drinks are 1/2 after 8PM every night. In addition, there is also a text club you can sign up for to get special deals througout the month and if you pre-order with the app drink are 1/2 off no matter what time of day. I personally prefer the food from Braum's, but Sonic has done a great job at making everything very user friendly and it's usually a stress free ordering experience. This location has always been very timely and I've never had a bad experience at this location yet. So I went to this sonic to grab a couple shakes and drinks. I had three of my kids with me, they were being noisy, so I just used the app to order. One worker came to let me know they were out of bananas. No big deal. She asked if I wanted everything else. I told her that was fine. When the order came out, another worker banged on my window. She was impatiently handing me the drinks. Asked if I needed anything else. Before I could open my mouth, she told me to have a good day and walked off. The shakes were already melted and ice cream was all over the side of my daughter's shake. She also got cookie dough pieces just piled on top. I love Sonic, but the Tuesday half priced burger I had tonight was probably the least best burger I've had at Sonic. It was served warm-ish and by the time I got to eat it at home it was cold & I had to reheat it. There wasn't a good balance of topping to sauce. It was pretty runny, and the onions were too big. Lettuce was limp & the burger was less than a 1/4th of an inch thick. But that's what I paid $2 for, right? I didn't have gourmet expectations, but I have had much better burgers at Sonic.
