Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This the nearest location to my house I was A loyal customer even tho other occasions they forgot my chicken items, but the owner or person on charge fix it and That was Nice and the right thing to do. Well I’m coming to this place anymore I went last week and the lady at the window was so rude and 0customer skills whatsoever not a simple “hi” then she let me wait for 10 minutes that’s a lot for a “dr. Through service” on my believe. Hand me the bag w the most annoying face ever. Not even apologizing for the time or an explanation she hand me the drink ofc spill on my hands close the window d that’s all. I have to went inside to get more drink and clean my hands cuz ofc she couldn’t even put napkins. I ask another small lady she was there what was the name of the person on the window she just kept asking “why? Why? I said cuz she was rude! I get it she may be new but her attitude was awful !! Very clean from parking lot to the bathrooms. Service was attentive and quick. We had a chicken salad, plain chicken sandwich, and a 6-ct nugget. We added mashed potatoes with gravy and yuca fries as our 2 sides. The main entrees were great! Cooked to perfection - even though they claim to be close to homecooking (lol)! The sides, however, were below average. The mashed potatoes were flavorless and a low quality mix. The gravy was just as bland. The yuca fries were just as boring as too chewy for our liking. Now, we've never tried yuca fries before, so we don't know how they are supposed to taste or what texture they are supposed to have. So, even though the sides rate as a 1 or 2 on our scale, the chicken made up for their disappointment. I was there yesterday afternoon, the food was delicious, the chicken was juicy and crispy, the staffs were friendly, mostly the person who served us, her name I believe was Eliza, she was an amazing hostess, she received order with patient, served the food with passion and cleaned the area when the customers leave. She even could be seen cleaning the lobby with a smile on her face. Also, she check on every customers to ensure all went well. My concern is that she seems to be the only one with a few others doing the work. Which makes people yell at her sometimes despite that she never gets angry or yell back. If only the restaurant can have more staffs to work with. It will be one of the best place to relax and have a delicious meal. Hopefully that would be fixed when next I go there with my family. No one wants there children to have meal in a disorganized...
