This is the best event of the year. I've volunteered for this festival every year we've had it since 2014. It's arrival and the experience of providing my support through volunteering has played a pivotal role in my gaining control over my severe social anxiety. I've grown from being barely able to speak to people and needing a friend to be there with me... To the bright and goofy MaHugs lady who walks about giving hugs up strangers and having impromptu conversations with those who need the connection... Saw a Touch of Gray. The band was great. Park was great. I took off one star because there were a few political groups trying to get petitions signed. I should be able to go to a concert in a park without having to worry if my family or I am going to get accosted by groups with their own political agenda.
