Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor any tourists visiting Omaha, this is the park to check out to take a nice summer's night walk around the geyser fountain. It blasts thousands of gallons of water into the air and shines bright pretty lights on it while it does it. While you're on your walk with your loved one(s) around the water, take a moment to investigate whisper wall and figure out how it works. (It's a semi-circle shaped concrete wall with an oddly strange texture to the concrete. It resides West side towards the North end.) Have a little more time and a little chunk of change for your romantic evening with your significant other, friends, or little family members? Then definetly check out the gondolas available to rent a ride on. I mean seriously who wouldn't want to go for a boat ride with a person that stands in the back of the boat pushing you around with a stick? You could even bring a speaker and play some Italian Music close your eyes and pretend you're in Venice. Don't have much to spare for spending? Bring a couple old loaves of stale bread or popcorn to feed the ducks, swans, and geese. No matter what you do though it's a fun place to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely stunning! Had a great time. Great place to relax, talk with friends, and enjoy the outdoors. The place has adult size swings, teeter totters, slides, and a roller skating area. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and came back on Saturday night. There were loads of people, but it did not seem crowded. There are plenty of walking paths next to water features and also plenty of places to sit. There are even oversized hammocks to enjoy. We also enjoyed the area early Sunday morning it was very peaceful. Whenever we stay in Omaha, we will book a room close to this fantastic getaway. It is very clean, and there is a security presence that is noticeable but not intrusive. Always felt very safe and that we were in a secure environment. The place also has a...
