Brow Spa 24 — Local services in Orem

I used to be a regular here until about a month ago. I went in to get my eyebrows done for my BRIDALS and WEDDING and there was only one lady there that I had never had before. I tried to talk to her and tell her to take just a little bit off and clean it up but she was on her phone and brushed me off as her phone conversation with her friend was clearly more important than her customer. She continued and was on the phone the entire time she was doing my brows. SO unprofessional! And the worst part is she took off more on my brows than anybody previously had done. They were so thin and I hated them. It's been about a month and a half and they still have yet to grow back in.

On another note, you have to be careful you who go to here. The brow artists are pretty inconsistent so you can't really plan for one in particular without asking them when they'll be back next. Ive had some do a spectacular job (a girl named Krishna that's not there often because she's in school) and some do a terrible job. Just left this place completely disappointed! If I can give negative stars I would. I came in hoping to get my eyebrows threaded, Cia (manager) & the other employee with glasses refused to help. I arrived there 10 mins before closing and I asked if I get my eyebrows threaded and they said no that they are closed. I had asked if they close earlier then it shows online (9PM) & they said no it doesn’t. Cia said they start to close at 8:45, I had asked where does it say it on their website? They both just looked at each other, Do let me remind you that 5mins had passed (which I had said “you could have been done already instead of arguing with me”) and they both just kept arguing with me that they’ve already closed their register with smirks on their faces! My daughter and I went to get our brows threaded, but the young lady working there was tinting two customers brows and it took an hour! She didn’t warn us or tell us it would be such a long wait. 45 minutes in we asked how much longer it would be and she said one minute but she was very rude about it. In between the tinting she would just sit on her phone while she could’ve been threading our brows. Turns out we didn’t have time to get my brows done so I just had my daughters done.
