I had done at least 12 consistent laser removal sessions since last March. The quality of the service for $165 a session is embarrassing. Some of the ladies who provided the laser treatments were not thorough whatsoever and were basically only doing the bikini line area when I was clearly paying for a full Brazilian. Be prepared to be gaslit when you express that the treatments are not working. I have been told that I must have PCOS, high levels of testosterone, taking a medication that alters my hormones, or taking supplements like biotin for hair growth. I am not on any medications/supplements, I have no medical conditions, and I ordered blood work to prove that all my hormones were well within normal range and not affecting my hair growth. However, the people who work here will still find a way to make it my fault that the services I paid almost $2000 for did not work. So I refuse to continue wasting money buying more sessions.

My last laser session was 5 weeks ago and every single hair has grown back in equal thickness to when I started. I expressed this almost every single session that I came in for, and I was told to “keep buying more.” Eventually I was told that my settings were “lower than usual” because I have a “low pain tolerance” so I should expect to have more sessions for permanent results. Except I DONT have a low pain tolerance, I had one instance at this location where a worker was trying to rush through my session and did not use ice as I had requested (they don’t offer any other form of pain management and the lidocaine they tell you to get does not work). The crazy part is that later on, I was told that the laser settings in my chart were “high enough” to have seen significant results.

However, the last 3 sessions I had with Angela were incredibly painful and she made several remarks saying “I’m sorry, it’s just that you still have so much hair there.” That is not something I should be hearing on my 10th, 11th, or 12th session so obviously the girls who had done it before were not being thorough and leaving large spots untouched by the laser. Specifically, they were not getting near or inside the labia area or any hair towards the back. For about 9 sessions it was being completely avoided so when I saw Angela for the first time I asked her why she was doing that area and she said “because you paid for a full brazilian.” I actually did not know that part was supposed to be getting lasered for like 9-10 months into my treatment. Wild I was paying for that hair to be removed but not a single esthetician there was touching it with the laser for MONTHS.

The truth is, the estheticians have a complete lack of competency and knowledge of how laser hair removal actually works. They told me in the start to come every 5 weeks, so I did. Then when I said I wasn’t seeing any results, they told me I was “waiting too long between sessions” and needed to be coming every 4 weeks instead. How would I know that? I only made my next appointment based on THEIR experience and suggestions. I also want to note that I have pale skin and dark hair, arguably the best skin and hair type for this procedure to work on. But, it’s been more than a year later and I still have every single bit of the hair that I started with.

Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I wish I had done research before hand, most other places have some sort of deal where you buy around 12 sessions and they offer free touch up services if the hair ever comes back. These people will make you feel crazy that the services are not working and they do not care how much time, money, or loyalty you have invested into their business. It is ridiculous. Horrible customer service for how much I paid per session + tipping.

TLDR: The results are not permanent regardless of how consistent you are with the sessions. The people who work here will find a way to blame you for the lack of results (you can even see them doing this to other people in the reviews.) They are not thorough enough so a full brazilian service = just a bikini...

I would give no stars if I could. After extensive communication about my journey with laser hair removal, I was shocked to find that they started me at the lowest setting, resulting in ineffective treatment. I began to see regrowth in just 8 days, whereas my previous provider had me seeing results that lasted 3-4 months.

When I called to inquire about the treatment settings, I was told that they are the professionals and don’t need to discuss these specifics. I understand the need for safety, but after 4 years of experience, I expected a more tailored approach. If this had been explained during my initial visit, I wouldn’t have wasted my $190.

I requested a refund since I won’t be completing the 5 sessions, but they informed me that the contract I signed was non-refundable. I have asked for a copy of the contract to be sent to my email, but I have yet to receive it.

I cannot recommend this establishment, especially for people of color, as they seem ill-equipped for treating pigmented skin tones. It feels like they are more interested in taking your money than providing effective treatment. …. I appreciate your response, but I must reiterate my concerns regarding my laser hair removal treatment. During my initial visit, I explained in detail that I have been undergoing laser hair removal for several years. However, the information provided to me during that visit seemed to focus solely on "standard procedures" without considering my prior experience.

Given my history with this treatment, I expected a more tailored approach from the start. I specifically clarified that I anticipated my next session wouldn’t be for another 3-4 months, as this is the typical regrowth timeframe I’ve experienced with my previous provider, who is a Nurse Practitioner. Your assurance that there was no expiration on the promotion and that I could follow up whenever I started to see regrowth did not address the fact that I was placed on the lowest setting.

I was not adequately informed that, despite my previous experience, I would be started on the lowest setting, which would necessitate follow-ups sooner than I anticipated. This has left me feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and that the focus was primarily on securing my payment rather than providing effective treatment.

Additionally, while I noticed you took the time to respond to my review, I am still waiting for the promised email containing a copy of the contract I signed, which states the non-refundable policy regardless of treatment effectiveness. I would appreciate it if you could send that to me as agreed last week.

First, off I’m sure they will say that I was not a customer in their system like how they make is seem in many reviews prior. My husband found this place and gifted me last Christmas. Please see attached photos of my appt reminders to prove I was a real customer. Also I made all my appts the week I was due for a session. I may have switched days but i ensured I went the week I was due.

The laser techs they hire are not Nurse Practioners! Since they are not nurse practitioners they can only operate the machine to a certain setting (low) which interferes with results. They also move the laser device too fast causing a lot of areas to be missed. Each session was just too quick for full legs. It would take 10 minutes to do my full legs which is insane after watching videos and talking to other medspas. Also, their turnover rate is insane- literally had a different laser tech every session to every other time, which is pretty scary!! This caused a lot of confusion with the techs bec they had no clue about my hair progress. For my second package they kept the setting at the same which they should have increase since my leg hairs were still growing back. It is key to have the same tech working on your body for you get strong results and so they can know what protocols to take. Major reg flag!

The price is great but you get what you pay for here. Its funny how the manager is sooo sweet & accommodating until she asks you about your results and when you don’t give a positive comment she then gaslights you by assuming you’re taking biotin or supplements to enhance hair growth. Do not expect top tier results! The reason I gave 2 stars was bec my bikini area turned out okay. If you do end up going with any of their packages only do small to medium areas. Do not do large areas like full body or legs! I did 12 sessions and my leg hairs still grow back within 2 days. I still have to shave 1-2x a week. Remember, you get what you paid for. If the manager would have cared more about my case and gave solutions vs excuses I wouldn’t have gone to extent of writing this review. Hope this...
