They have a sign out front saying best brewery in downtown orlando first and foremost this is not a brewery its a tap house for beer brewed over 115 miles away. They do not brew anything on site And those beers are slightly above homebrew at best they should call themselves motorworks brewing taproom and i can name 2 other taprooms within .3 of a mile that have a much better selection. Its been almost a decade since they have won an award for beer at that brewery 100+ miles away Fact

There arent many options for beer in orange county but this shouldnt be a choice at all the service was awful the person behind the bar was rude and knew nothing about beer. He didnt even know if they brewed on site when i asked, dont lie to people and say your "brewery" in downtown orlando is the best brewery in downtown orlando its a tap house. If even 1 of those "award winning beers" were brewed in downtown orlando than it would closer to the truth. Come on Pabst Blue Ribbon won an award a few years back and in the 1800s awards dont float you for ever or do they

Everything Ive stated is a fact and is not trolling its a review from my own observations your respose is very unprofessional and misleading

Your sign out front clearly says best brewry in downtown orlando its not a brewery its a taproom your the people lying here trolling for customers and dissing my review trying to make up for your own false statements is not professional at all.

We have been to the OG Motorworks in Bradenton before, and loved it. But that’s all the way across the state. The more recent location in downtown Orlando—previously home of Orange County Brewing Company—is far more convenient, and we have now been three times.

And each time, it did not disappoint. Motorworks brews some of the best craft beer in the state!

Although my wife is not a beer drinker—her resting beer face is hilarious—she was happy with a glass of Pinot Grigio. I had a couple of afternoon pints, first off with Intellectual Property (6.8% ABV; 85 IBU), and then Pulp Fiction (6.8% ABV; 85 IBU). Both are IPAs, and equally approachable and drinkable without any reason to pucker from sourness or grimace from too much hoppiness. I’m calling it just plain good, in spite of seemingly high IBU ratings. These just went down easy.

Of course, there are numerous others on the menu that looked enticing, some I have had on previous visits in Orlando and Bradenton, and others that will happen the next time. I give Motorworks high marks for brewing across the spectrum of styles, helping ensure something for every beer drinker, from the heartiest of stouts to the lightest of lagers. You know. Just in case Mich Ultra is the boldest thing you have ever tasted.

We’ll be back for sure. And I am happy to have a 64-ounce growler and tacker gracing my man cave. As...

One time in the summer I wanted to ask if I could have a cup of water bc it was summer, I had been walking and I was pregnant. The waitress cut me off before I could say anything and shut the door in my face. That never sat right with me. I decided to try it anyway this past weekend since our friends from Atlanta had gotten a Groupon. The service was slow despite not having a lot of customers. It took longer than 30 minutes to receive our order of appetizers and one of the cake desserts. By the time they noticed our pretzels at the counter, it had gone cold and we were ready to leave. The food is subpar. The waiter never got our waters that we asked for twice. I left feeling that our waiter discriminated against us as he was attentive to his other customers and rarely gave us attention. (2 Black men, 1 Black woman, and 1 Asian) there are better places to eat, that are worth the price. But this place is not it. The manager did apologize, and comped a few items; however our experience was so terrible that I just won’t go again.

Edit: ok so I was unemployed obviously due to corona and being pregnant so time just blurred. “Summer” was around september-October as that was around the time my brother in law...

Unfortunately the staff at Motorworks is not informed about accessibility laws. My husband and I love craft beer and were excited to try this local favorite. I utilize a service dog and upon entering, the staff member on duty told us that dogs weren't allowed inside; I informed him that my girl was a service dog in training (in FL, service dogs in training have the same public access rights as fully trained service dogs), and the staff member again tried to insist that dogs were not allowed inside. I informed him again that she is a service dog in training and has the same public access rights as a service dog. He reluctantly told us we could choose any table. We ended up only being there for about 30-40 minutes as we did not feel very welcome. Beer was great and the taproom was very clean, but not keeping staff educated on accessibility for disabled individuals is a deal breaker for me. I hope Motorworks takes the time to educate their staff on service dogs and accessibility laws so that in the future, other disabled individuals who utilize a service dog as their medical equipment will feel welcome and included.
