I had an absolutely awful experience with this studio. I rented the space for 2 hours, paid in full, and never received the door code as promised. I was to get the code 5 minutes before my start time, but it never arrived. I called NUMEROUS times without any success. The phone number for the company goes to a call center, and they had no additional information for this studio besides forwarding the message. You never get a direct contact with anyone from the studio themselves.I tried to even call and send the studio DM's on Instagram and still no answer.
I checked my spam folder and even sent a test email to ensure I had service, and I did. This not only breached my contract with my paying client, but now I’m left wondering how I’ll even get my refund for services I never used. This not only caused me stress-but multiple hours/days/phone calls with no response.
I hope this review serves as a WARNING to other photographers. Make sure you schedule your shoot with enough time to account for this type of mishap – and that’s only IF you even get the email with the door code, something that never happened for me. But if you don't get it-chances are, you never will.
I'm disappointed as their prices are at a good point, but this is one of those times where you get what you pay for! Sounds like this is part of their track record according to another Google review, so I wish I would have seen that first and saved me the headache that I've gone through in the last 8 days.
update- FINALLY heard back from the actual studio owner who was totally unaware that the staff she trusted to be taking care of the business and handling her customer service, was not doing their part! She was kind enough to refund and apologize for the situation since she did not know what was going on. Hopefully she is able to find good staff that she can rely on! I’m writing to share a recent experience that left us disappointed and stressed. We had booked the studio for a two-hour session, but unfortunately, we got locked out with all our equipment inside. The entry code was inaccessible as it was sent to our email, and all devices capable of accessing the email were locked inside the studio.
We attempted to resolve this by contacting the studio’s customer service. Despite repeated calls, we were kept on hold for approximately 45 minutes to an hour without any resolution. The staff was unable to provide us with the entry code during this time, which was surprising as this seems like a basic contingency that should have been easily managed.
Left with no other choice, I had to drive 15 minutes back to my home to retrieve the code from my computer, then another 15 minutes back to the studio, wasting valuable time and causing significant disruption to our schedule.
Further compounding our frustration, after managing to finally access the studio late, we stayed an additional hour to complete our work, ensuring beforehand that the studio was not booked by anyone else. However, we were later billed an extra $200 for this overtime, despite the initial access issue caused by shortcomings in the studio’s customer service.
No follow-up or resolution has been offered by the Studio to date, which is concerning and highlights a serious gap in customer support and emergency response.

However, today, I had a booking and was informed that they didn’t have any backdrops available. I called the phone number on their website, and the person I spoke to couldn’t assist me. She had to transfer me to someone else.
After waiting for a while, I finally got a call back, but by then, I was already at the studio with my client, without any backdrops. When I explained my situation, they informed me that they didn’t have any backdrops due to Hurricane Milton. They also claimed that they had never had “red and green” backdrops, despite the fact that I’ve used them extensively in the past.
At this point, I was already frustrated and wasting my client’s time. I decided to hang up the phone. To my surprise, just 5 minutes later, a man arrived at the studio, bringing me a backdrop. He then proceeded to the back and returned with 5 different backdrops, including a green one. This was particularly surprising because the lady who had initially informed me that they didn’t have any red and green backdrops had just said that they had never had one.
