Delicious, healthy and did I say delicious? I have gone out of my way three times (so far) to get a Greenbeat salad. One is located across from the Orange County Courthouse on Orange Ave. and the other is on Vineland. The concept is to choose your base (a variety of lettuces, quinoa or rice), add your toppings, protein if you like, and homemade scrumptious dressings. They have signature bowls or you can make your own. All nutrition info is available on their website and on the back of the menu. This is a perfect place for gluten-free, vegetarians and low carb and keto folks. I especially like the thai peanut (spicy), the cilantro pesto and the basil lime dressings. They toss the salads for you if you'd like. They have wonderful non-alcoholic drinks , including a variety of iced teas, including one with lemon and mint. They are open Monday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking at the downtown location might take a few minutes but it's so worth it! #Delicious...

I have been meaning to try them and finally had the chance to stop buy and try their awesome salads!

The store is clean, organized and has nice decor. The staff is welcoming and they will let you try anything that you may question for your salad. There is sanitizer at each table and I thought that was a nice and caring touch.

You can pick a salad from their menu or build your own. There is a board that let's you know what is included in the small or large selection. Everything is layer out and you are able to see all the potential ingredients. I went with the Light Cobb Salad and it was delish! It was made to order, fresh, tasty, the ingredients blended well, flavorful and the chicken was cooked (not cold from a bag) and that is a big plus!

I will definitely keep them on my radar as the place is clean and the salads very fresh and flavorful. The price is comparable and portion was...

I called in an order. I literally walked in and out in 20-seconds. I love that. However, I had an issue with an ingredient added to my salad that I didn’t request. Cheese. My lady doesn’t eat cheese. She messaged me about it. I was a little upset. Happy wife; happy life. I immediately called back. He was so nice about it. It really was an honest mistake. After he apologized, I asked how are we going to fix this. He responded, “Does she want me to remake it?” He waited patiently on the phone as I wait for her delayed text reply. He offered to drop it off to her after he closed the store at 3:30pm. We didn’t ask him to go that far, but this type of customer service deserves ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS. This is the only place you should get great ingredients and outstanding customer service. They didn’t ask for this review and they...

I went for the first time and I loved it! The food looks and tastes great. I had the Warm Grains bowl and it was very filling, but in the good way. Also had a Ginger Berry Kombucha drink that was good. The place is clean and nicely decorated. I really look forward to trying it again. The major downside is that there's not really much parking in the area. We'd never been to that area and wasn't familiar with it, so we quickly asked and learned from the locals that there are many restrictions and that it's better to just take a train or bus there.🙁 Still, it's worth the trouble and we lucked out because it was MLK, Jr Day and the area was pretty empty.

I love their salmon. I’ve had it several times and it has been perfectly cooked each time - moist and delicious. They offer fresh avocado and ripe mango in a variety of salads. Overall, the best fresh, green food spot in Orlando. Update on the parking situation: it’s still downtown but the parking meters take credit cards and there are always spots open just a block or two down. Easy, peasy. And, worth it!
