If a lower rating existed, I would definitely give it to them. In June I purchased a skirt. I walked to my car, and found a hole in it. I walk back to the store, and the girl tells me that I can't have my money back but that she can give me a gift card. I accept it. I return to the store in August to be told that my $71.00 gift certificate expired and that I could no longer use it. The girl never told me about this. The managers refused to do anything about it to make it right with me. I am appalled at such a business. I am a student and work hard for my money and to have their business take it from me really tells me that they do not care about their customers or care to make their mistakes right.
