Fantastic people fantastic product! We saved Thousands!! ! My wife and I have been looking for a quality sectional that was within reason for price but have been in able to find what we wanted and able to afford in the 2 years we’ve been looking we heard about Oxford furniture through some mutual friends and made the trek from Birmingham and showed up at 4:00 pm Saturday right when the closed I walked in they informed me they close at 4 but they’ll be willing to stay open as long as they need to to help me out in anyway possible within 10 min me and my wife found a beautiful sectional that was extremely comfortable and extremely well priced!! they told me about the different finance options they had so we decided on what was best for us and returned on Tuesday with a trailer to pick it up and it was extremely fast I was amazed how quickly they loaded it up on my trailer had it already wrapped in high quality plastic so I didn’t have to tarp or anything they helped me strap it and gave me a card and reminded me of the ability they have to order replacement cushions and such because they remembered I have pets which made me feel great to know that what I bought was not just furniture but an extremely well priced investment in my home! What I appreciate the most was there wasn’t any high pressure sells tactics just answers to my questions! I will certainly be back to buy...

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Oxford Furniture. Tanner in particular provided excellent customer service. I stopped in on very busy Saturday less than 2 hours before the store closed & Tanner was able to quickly help me choose the best mattress for my needs. He listened closely to understand my preferences and wasted no time in making a few great recommendations. The purchase/payment process was equally prompt and professional. The best part for me is that Tanner and another respectful gentleman delivered the mattress shortly after the store closed that same day. Both were courteous and professional while in my home and they, again, wasted no time. I also appreciated that they were extremely neat, leaving not even a footprint on my floors. It was important to me to get a mattress as quickly as possible and Tanner certainly delivered. In less than four hours from the moment I walked into the store, my new mattress was set up in my home ready for use. I am giving 3 stars strictly because of some hiccups that occurred. They were fixed, but not in what I consider a timely manner. We did do a finance for our purchase to be paid off in the 100 days same as cash. Our information was put in incorrectly, we asked for it to be changed to the correct name, email and the last four of the SS#. We were told that the application had gone thru and that was all fine, it wouldn't stop us from paying it off. Well, it did slow up the process of us paying it off. I spent over 20 minutes trying to convince the person I was speaking too that I, only had one SS#. He finally had to get his supervisor to get all of that fixed. It should have been corrected in the store. Needless to say 35 minutes later the account was fixed and my mattress is now paid off. We will be back to purchase again from here.
