I've been here before. My last trip was great. Good service, good food. This trip was so terrible, I felt it necessary to inform the public of my experience. Arrived before lunch was over, but had to sit and wait over 20 minutes for a grill just to get charged dinner prices. The girl who finally seated us was lazy and rude. Our server waited longer than 10 minutes to take our order because they decided to keep waiting for more people. Our table was way overcrowded and our cook had a difficult time cooking everything because there was too much food for 1 grill. I had 2 shrimp that were inedible because they weren't deveined properly. I didn't pay 20 dollars to eat shrimp poop. That's gross and as a place that serves seafood, you should be more thorough because that could make someone very sick. I ordered spicy tuna roll, and the rolls were the size of a quarter, barely any rice or tuna, and almost all cucumber. I had to pay 7.95 for 8 pieces that combined, didn't equal out to 2 proper size rolls. Once dinner was finished, our server rang up other people's bills with a gratuities charge so she could get more tip money, even though all those people weren't together and were all on separate tickets. It didn't effect my bill, but I thought the owner might want to know your server is robbing your customers for more money. Either you don't pay her well enough, or she's just good at stealing. That's just not right. I understand good help is hard to find, but your help is what caused me to leave an honest review. I really liked this place, but after this trip, I will not return. If you are reading this review, keep in mind you are taking a chance on whether or not it's worth your money. This place looks like it's being ran by kids. Where is management? My trip was same date and...
Read moreI'm a frequent reviewer, and it is extremely rare that I am so dissatisfied with someplace that I only give one star. That said, here goes: My wife and I were traveling and stayed over in Aniston for the night. We walked from the hotel to the restaurant, and were quickly seated. We sat at the sushi bar, and everything appeared clean and neat. I ordered two different sushi rolls, and my wife ordered chicken hibachi. We split a spring roll appetizer, and a salad for each of us. The sushi chef evidently heard my order to the waitress, because by the time my salad arrived, so did the sushi, which was surprising because one of the rolls should have taken a little while to make. The salad had a ginger dressing (like one would expect in a sushi place), but it appeared to have a lot of cream in it. My wife's chicken hibachi had two jumbo shrimp in it, and a pile if greasy udon noodles. The soup that came with it was pretty clear, and just tasted like salty water. The sushi, well, I hate to out whatever it was in the same class as sushi. One roll was supposed to be a spicy tuna roll; pretty standard fare for a sushi place. It was unrecognizable. Where the tuna was supposed to be was some tuna colored finely ground substance. It could have been tuna I suppose, but if it was, it was processed somehow. The other specialty roll was supposed to have spicy tuna and wrapped in salmon, along with avacodo and veggies. The avacodo was the only thing I recognized. More fish paste tuna inside, the 'salmon' was white, and the spicy sauce drizzled all over it completely drowned out everything. I have a cast iron stomach; I can eat nearly anything, and I'm about to gag just thinking about that meal. Hands down, it is the worst Asian food I have ever eaten. I will...
Read moreReplying to this review since she doesn’t want to give full story. This lady had no money to eat, she gave her server 2 cards first one was expired then second one declined, server was instructed to hold her food in the kitchen. Customer then said she was sent money to eat, her server brought her food out and after eating her spring rolls, complained that her rice had no egg, she was offered for her rice to be recooked or eggs to be brought out to her, seemed like that wasn’t what she wanted, then said her food was cold, (after her food was held in the kitchen for not having money) she was offered for her entire plate to be recooked, then said her ribeye was not med well, when she was asked to simply just cut a piece open she was throwing it onto the plate not letting anybody see her ribeye, she was once again offered for her plate to be recooked, when confirming how her ribeye was suppose to be cooked “your ribeye suppose to be med well right?” Her reply was “that’s what i said Girl” after taking her plate and asking the kitchen to recook her meal she told the server that she only wanted to pay for what she touched at which point is fine, she had already caused enough stress to the staff, guessing she didn’t even have $5 to pay for spring rolls because she left without even...
