I don’t typically leave a review unless I just love something, but this was a little ridiculous. Bought a $50 toy that did not work, tried to return it within the week with the receipt, was told that they would not be doing anything but an exact exchange for the same toy because the toy was open…. (I was returning because the toy did not work) I declined that because I live very far away and I didn’t want to risk another malfunction. The cashier claimed that I didn’t return the batteries when the package clearly stated “batteries not included”. Argued with me about the batteries. I was forced to find something else that was the exact same price as the original purchase ($50). Store credit was not an option. This was very difficult in this store and even getting as close as I could, they still got several dollars that I could not spend on the spot, to avoid buying even more then the original $50. We usually buy several calendars here, both as gifts and office use. We will not be making any more...

Both of the owners of this store have always been so incredibly friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and CLEAN. I know if they dont have what im looking for, they usually can order it or point me in the right direction of where to find the item.

I truly feel AWEFUL that they have to deal with soooo many RUDE, GROSS, IGNORANT, INCONSIDERATE, (ect.)"customers." And im hard core side eyeing the parents that let their disrespectful kids roam unsupervised to destroy merchandise then try to blame the business for the policies they have to put in place because people cant act right.

(Yes I have witnessed this too many times to count. Yes kids are kids and do stupid things, but we as adults need to lead by example and hold ourselves as parents and the kids accountable for their actions along with the reactions. Just my two cents.)

I had such a wonderful experience at Go! Calendars and Toys! The two girls working at the counter were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me, and their friendly service made my visit so much better. I even found the game I was looking for, plus they have a huge selection of items and so many fun options! I’ll definitely be back because of their fantastic service and great variety....
