Amazing, reasonably priced locally owned establishment that has a friendly wait staff and amazing fresh food. The wearhouse stromboli with the house made red sauce was very filling and made fresh... definitely worth the extra few minutes wait. The staff never let me go without being checked on so forget about the basic 2 minute wait staff check the friendly staff there politely made sure anytime they came by my table, I was doing alright without over disturbing me which was appreciated. The mozzarella cheese wedges appetizer was gooey, hot and fresh as they should be making my experience that much better...I definitely will eat here again anytime I travel through Paducah, Kentucky. The place was easy to find and get to off of Interstate 24, exit #4 and is worth the trip as the portions were large and filling on all tables around me too..thank you Pizza Wearhouse

The atmosphere is spotty-rustic and plain down home, as is the decor. The service in opening day is perfect and well organized which is surprising for the first day. The cooks obviously are experienced and know exactly what to do and what not to do. The food really reflects the quality of the staff. I can see this place getting very loud and crowded around dinner time on the weekend. There are plenty of TV's if you want to watch the game, and the bar is HUGE!!! One of the largest of any sports bar in Paducah. I'm interested in seeing what future developments will come from this place. This is a new place so I will hold some back. My main suggestion is I fix the grease problem with the pizza. Everything else is great.

Massive amounts of tasty delicious food is presented to you at Pizza Warehouse, Enough for two meals with one entree! The service is very nice. The atmosphere was pleasent. They have hooks on each table to hang your purse (which my wife thought was a nice touch). The salads are big and tasty! The calzones are stuffed and huge! The homemade red sauce is very good. Did I mention you take home enough for another meal? The prices are reasonable considering the amount of food you get.. ranging from around $9 -$16 for the smaller portions of salads and food. $22-$25 for a whole pizza. I did not leave disappointed. I left with a full belly and supper for later.

I am going to air three months of grievances about this establishment in a single review.

The earliest problem occurred on a Sunday evening when a bartender ran my debit card to pay not only my bill but that of another patron. I caught the error the following morning and went to the restaurant at 11:00AM, when it opened, hoping to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, it sounds there is rarely a manager on site during business hours so I spoke with the daytime bartender (not the same one that made the payment error). This bartender, who was very polite and trying to do everything he could to help with the situation, called a female manager (possibly the owner) and explained the problem. Rather than offering her apologies for the error, she began to yell at this innocent bartender because the restaurant would never collect this $35 charge. She then asked him to gather as much transaction information as I could provide so she could look into the error. I provided everything I could and left. By Wednesday, the erroneous charge was reversed and I thought the problem was resolved, however, I was annoyed that I never heard anything, such as an apology, from the manager. Unfortunately, the charge hit my bank account again by Thursday morning so I returned to the restaurant at 11:00AM and spoke with the same, helpful bartender. He was unable to locate a manager but said he would pass my information along as soon as possible. By Thursday evening, I was annoyed that no one had called me since Monday morning so I used the on-line employment application on their website to ask what was happening with my issue. A gentleman called me within minutes apologizing for the lack of communication and promised to get it resolved ASAP. By Saturday morning, both the erroneous charge and my bill were reversed…..now they were out a total of $53…..I’d bet the old gal was really unhappy now!

The next two issues are similar and occurred only three weeks apart, the most recent being today…..and, because I don’t go there very often, I am sure it happens even more frequently…..they were out of several basic items. On the first visit, they were out of mushrooms (they carry two types and were out of both), black olives, bell peppers, calamari, Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew / Mellow Yellow (I forget which they carry). With a Kroger, Wal-Mart and Aldi just blocks away, you’d think they could have made temporary corrections with a quick shopping trip. I would understand not replacing the calamari, however, the other ingredients / soft drinks should not be an issue if replaced with local grocery store ingredients…..but, after the first issue, I am guessing one of the managers might be afraid that paying retail for those items might have cost them an additional buck or two! Today, I ordered a small pizza with Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Onions and Button Mushrooms…..well, they were out of Sausage and Mushrooms (both types)…..I did not stay around long enough to hear what else might have been missing in the kitchen.

This place is not well managed…..maybe the owners have over extended themselves with too many...

This was our first time here and let me be clear the only reason I gave 4 stars is because there is a Governor mandate in our state that says restaurants are inly to operate at %25 capacity due to COVID and has also labeled the county this place is located in as a red county and while we were here, the restaurant quickly packed and people were standing in the door way many without masks. We as a society need to be more careful about stopping the spread. Business owners need to be more concerned with public safety than making money.

Aside from that the food was second to none. Our server, Tyler was amazing (I'm an ex waitress and I expect the same service I gave my tables). Even after the lobby filled and all tables were taken he never even hinted to stress and stayed just as upbeat as ever. I admit I was about to get upset over the wait (it was pretty long and at least three tables who came in after us got their food before us) however if you look at the menu it says pasta (wich is what I ordered) is cooked to order and Stromboli (hubby's order) is baked fresh in the pizza oven. They are definitely not lying. Also all sauces are made fresh in house. I got to paying a little more attention to the tables who got their food before us, two got pizza and the other both ordered salads. Wait officially explained. This pasta was not mostly pasta and just a little meat and veggies either, this was pasta like its supposed to be. Plenty of sauce, plenty of meat and veggies that were not pre-made and kept in a warmer so they get all soggy. The portions are huge. Once I got full it barely looked like I had even made a dent in my meal. Also, shout out for using shrimp big enough to impress someone from Florida (hubby). Prices can be a little high but its definitely worth it for the quality and portion size. We will definitely return for takeout until this pandemic blows over. I can't see going for dine in when safety precautions are clearly being ignored. For the record my family and I are not afraid to dine out so long as we see the establishment is paying attention to Governor's orders and trying to keep people safe. Our favorite Mexican restaurant does this in Mayfield, any other place can...

Don't recommend going here ever again. Actually don't even know how they are still open to be honest. They have been low staffed for over 6 months I'd say. This incident isn't the first time but I always try to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt.

I wanted to go here on Tuesday, October 3rd. They were closed because they were "short staffed." I was understanding with that. Well I ended up getting the chance to go on Wednesday of the same week. We all go inside and there are probably no more than 5 tables used and half of them have food already. We sit down, order drinks, and order our food. All around 5-5:15. We waited for over an hour for our food. We ordered a 12" cheese pizza that tasted and looked like a thin crust frozen store bought pizza, it's usually a thick sized pizza, 16" pineapple pizza, and wings. Also waited over 30 mins and asked 2 different people for ranch 3 times and had the question asked "Oh did they not bring it?" Like who was going to bring it to us? You are our waitress.

There wasn't but a total of 7 tables being used while we are there and no table had more than 4 people at it. Also had 2 waiters, and a bartender that hardly had a customer at the bar the entire time.

We never received a refill on drinks. My wife didn't even want to tell me how long she was sitting with an empty water cup in front of her because how pissed I already was, and our waitress apparently didn't care enough to worry about anything. It's one thing if you are wall to wall busy, but there is no excuse for how slow and rude the service was, on a Wednesday night with hardly any customers inside. This wasn't the first time this happened. I used to be excited to come here, now it's just a complete...
