Great staff & great tasting food. They make you feel that they are glad you came there to eat. With so many other choices in the area, good to have such a positive, upbeat & reasonable price place to get your food. The salad also was full of tasty ingredients. Definitely will go back.

Kentucky Oaks Mall location: Decent, BUT waffle fries are usually not full. Last few times I’ve ordered them they’ve been less than half full and even my friend said I got cheated. I’ve pointed it out before and they give me what I paid for but I should’t have to every time. Attachment.

The grilled chicken here is a disgusting tasteless hockey puck. The prices are not worth it for the low quality of the food. The waffle fries were okay and the restaurant was well maintained. The workers there seemed like they hate their jobs. We will not be back.

Management please take note. I am a regular Chick-fil-A customer and dont believe I have eaten at one of your restaurants that I would ever rate under a 4 star. But this location ...well a two star was a stretch to give and only due to the good food. Time of order 5:37 pm. Order # 2226158. Cashier taking the order and the fry maker were the only ones working as the other five employees were busy playing a hand clap game as I waited several minutes before I could place an order. Chick-fil-A's of Paducah's two locations are always great!

From the original store located inside Kentucky Oaks Mall of Paducah to its new location just down the road from the mall.

The service, sacrifice, hard work and dedication of Chick-fil-A Paducah pays off every time.

They are always busy, fast, friendly and very well received.

Never have had a worse experience here. I usually go to the mall once a week or so to relax, and usually this Chick fil a is filthy anyways but that’s not my problem. I got raging food poisoning that I had to miss work for because of the intensity. I know I got it here because within an hour I was doubled over cramping and sick all night. The food was way too quick to get out, the second we sat down they set the food down as well. Seems like the chicken had been sitting out. Will not...
