I 100% do not recommend this store or this company. My boyfriend bought a ring from them. In order for us to look at the rings we liked online he had to buy all three. We picked one out and they processed a return on the other two. He gets his first bill and it’s horribly wrong. The interest and payment was calculated based off the purchase of three rings. We go back to the store and try to correct the issue and they can’t do it. We end up returning the ring. He has spent about $200 on the ring and they can’t refund that amount. Fast forward to a week ago. He gets a call that he has a payment due which includes several late fees and they’ve turned him into collections. He explains we don’t even have a ring and shouldn’t owe anything. I go to the store and they’re no help at all. I end up making a payment of $110 to get him out of collections so it doesn’t have a negative effect on his credit. The store tells me I have to call corporate but can’t even give me a phone number. What should have been a happy and memorable experience has turned into a nightmare. We’ve been out $300 on a ring we don’t even own and no one at Zales even...

These employees need training on mannerism... definitely will take my business elsewhere for future purchases. I don't recommend getting stuck with the Paducah Zale's location to service your jewelry, as it will leave you running away from their condescending negative vibes. You don't get a paycheck when your business runs out of customers by the way....
