Rose & Remington — Local services in Paducah

I purchased a dress from this store and the first time I wore it three holes had ripped in it. I paid $60 for this dress for it to have the same quality as something from SHEIN. And when I called the store to ask about ways to remedy this they blew me off to send me to a website with no way to reach customer service. I live 4 hours away and work 6-7 days a week so driving there is not an option. The overall customer service in this store is very lacking in general. When I bought the dress the lady that was working snatched the ones I was trying on out of my hand and was overall very rude. I would not recommend this...
