TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I don’t know if it’s because they have a lot of college age staff. Or if they were short staffed. Or they just don’t care. I’m thinking more on the line that they just don’t care. Service was very slow. Very slow. Food was good. Only reason they got 2 star. Except for the hair in the coating of my chips. My burger was good with good flavor. Apple cobbler and ice cream was good. I witnessed someone from two different tables try to get a waiter/waitresses attention. With arms waving in the air. Was ignored. “Not Seen”. Waiter dropped off my bill before I got my dessert. Said oh I just got buzzed that your cobbler is ready. Brought it out 5 minutes later. After I saw him standing there talking to another waiter. After I was finished it took him 8 minutes to come back for my card to pay. And a table was seated beside me waited 10 minutes before someone went over to get their...

Visited this place during our roadtrip through the west of the US. Typical American bar/restaurant, but the service was not good at all. Ordered a non alcoholic beer, got an alcoholic instead. Mentioned it to the waitress and it took about 5 minutes to get the proper order. In our party of four, two specials where ordered: shrimp showder and steak, allthough the shrimp showder never came. Again the waitress was supprised we didn´t got it... she is looking after the service??? When we where finished she offered to bring the showder, too little, too late. When we argued about this, nothing could be done (we didn´t get what we paid for, a discount would be fair) and where even charged an 18% tip. Refused to pay this last part... I would do 4.5 if that was an option. We went on Friday night about 630. There was no wait. The hostess and servers were great, helpful, attentive and aware. We had the boom burger it was delicious and the Buffalo chicken wrap it was very good, could have used more than 2 chicken strips and cut them up. We would order both again.
