If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring from this location and she bought one for me. When going to pick up the ring they gave my girlfriend the ring that I was proposing with. They showed her the box, ring and engraving. To fix this astronomical mistake they gifted us a free necklace that my girlfriend was going to give me to as a Christmas gift. I didn’t know what she had picked out or the engraving on it. This store proceeded to send ME the confirmation email that included the necklace and engravings thus ruining not only our proposal but the Christmas gift as well. Rebecca, the store manager/ supervisor told us she was going to put her head in a wall and that there was nothing else she would do for us. Mind you they give a free gift for misspelling an engraving. We called corporate who hung up on us and refused to call us back. Who then called us and said they refuse to fix their mistake. I was supposed to propose next week. Now not only has my proposal been completely ruined I now have to return the rings due to the negative experience surrounding them. Read moreI was at this location recently, Tiffany & Co., Palm Beach Gardens - 3101 PGA Boulevard Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. I recently inherited back gold earrings from a deceased relative. I noticed that the earrings were tilting forward as they were too heavy for the post. The "repair technician" replaced the posts with the round plastic types. These appeared lightweight and certainly not durable. I expressed my concern and was assured they would hold up after all, Tiffany & Co. have a stellar reputation. Needles to say, the earring fell off and it's GONE. Even though I have moved out of this state I still called the the store (since they were serviced here) and the man I spoke with said to go to another store and they can simply "fix" the post on the other earring. I wear earrings as a set. Apparently, they train not so bright employees at this location. I didn't expect a complimentary earring, however I did not appreciate the comments about the earring being lost as if I was at fault. His birthday is on 12/23 (so ok maybe I left it too late because Christmas is also around the corner). I even went back to the store on the 24th hoping that it’s there after Fey or Fay assured me it will be delivered at the store. NOTHING. Birthday and Christmas have come and gone, I called 3-4 times to cancel and refund but here we are exactly a month after 1/19/25 and there is NO REFUND to my original form of payment. This is terrible! They tell you they have a good service but NO EMAIL NO TRACE OF REFUND!! Oh yes I am pursuing this mess as I will contact Amex to report a dispute or FRAUD. 1 star is because I need to click on this miserable star but PGA store...
