Emporio D' Gondola — Local services in Paradise

How one person can ruin an experience, even though all employees were smiling and happy, the so called manager lacks the simple tactic of customer service. We paid almost $200 for 5 ppl, to ride 3 in one Gondola and 2 in the other, we kindly asked to have a family picture for 4 of us and the rude answer was no. With no explanation and no common sense and no customer service we were not able to do it thanks to the manager on site just because she said no. Its not like we werent paying for the rides just wanted a family picture. This was a missed opportunity for us to buy photos from this place. The company can thank this person for loosing...

I'm giving it two stars for the long wait times to make a reservation. They have one person scheduling Reservations and an average wait time in line of 45 minutes. They have two registers open for you to buy pictures. Yet only one or two families buying. The signage is also misleading as other families who booke online and had Reservations, got in the reservation line instead of the gondola ride line because the signage does not specify correctly where...

The employee Ana did not explain the difference between indoor and outdoor gondola ride. After you purchase, you can not change. Ridiculous. At least she should have explained the difference and recommended best. Not friendly at all. Very poor personality- Not sure why they gave us a hour specifically to ride because you have to wait...
