Awful experience. Our guide Casey was very rude. Treated everyone like children and yelled a lot. When we finally got in the van to go to the site the a/c did not work. On the ride there she lectures us on the rules several times and mentioned we would have to walk back if we did not follow them. The worse part was when we arrived she was showing us the ATVs and said the throttle was on the handle bars. My brother in law who lost his thumb in a work accident asked her if they had any foot pedal ATVs. Casey got upset and started yelling you don't have a thumb? Your missing your thumb on your right hand? How come we didn't know this! She continued to yell and be upset making my brother in law feel like it was his fault he did not have a thumb. She called her boss and they said he could not ride as it was unsafe and it could be an insurance issue for them if something happened. They did say he would get a refund.

I understand that they might have to say no due to safety but the way Casey handled it was awful! Terrible customer service!

Another interesting thing was when they came back at the halfway point she got a call from the supervisor and they said he could ride. She acted all happy like she had pulled in a favor so he could ride the 2nd half of the tour.

Avoid this business. Terrible customer service and not a great experience. Much better atv tours out there.

Also atvs were old and in bad shape. Casey told us make sure you only use the hand break as the foot break doesn't work on most of these atvs. She did not have the group do the...

This is my first time using ATV ride in Las Vegas and had an experience before in Arizona. I went there in the Morning session and it was good. The only thing you need to consider to get motorbike mask that cover your mouth and nose from getting dust through it. Hamlet and goggle will be given. The good thing is the tour guide which he really explained everything what we need to know on the way to the ATV ride from check in place(located in Las Vegas strip). It took 1 hr round trip which is worth it the road and everything.

Couple things that I was complain about some bikes ended up stuck or stopped in the middle of road and the back up guy told me to not to take a pic or vedio while driving and I told him this ain’t my first time rides and I have done a lot different places and he was like it is not allowed unless we take a break or stopped somewhere and I can do wherever I want. This is a bit annoying but overall it was a great experience including the roads. Thank you so much and see you...

First time visited last year was a blast. Which made us come back this year. We decided to do the sunset cruise. Paid extra for this. We get to the meet up place. Driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up. Even more late with the drive to the location. Ended up missing the sunset due to driver being late. We didnt go over 10 mph. Due to tour guide not allowing us to go over 8mph. We didnt get to do all of the course. Sierra also was spitting facts about las vegas when later we googled to fact check and she lied about every single one. When I called to ask for some sort of reimbursement the manager claims theres nothing he can do. He would give us a discount next time. We'll buddy considering our horrible experience we dont want to come back so how does that help us. My advice is dont use this company theres so many other places that more than likely wont treat their customers like this company does. Its not...

First time ATV rider along with my daughter and my sister. It was such a great time. Our tour guide Vick was very friendly, funny and helpful. Instructions were given at the start of the tour and they were pretty much spot on and easy to follow. The tour itself lasted a little bit more than an hour and was so much fun. I would suggest wearing clothes and shoes you don't care about getting dirty. You have to wear a helmet, so ladies don't bother doing your hair and makeup. The helmet and the goggles will be taking it all off! Definitely a great time out. We will be doing it again the next time we visit. The only complaint I have is that I booked a tour for 11:30am and received a text the day before that the tour time had changed to 8am. That was too early for me, but turns out it was better because even at 8am it was pretty hot out there. Overall though, great time out!

Hands down the best experience in Vegas! We were fortunate to have Harry as our guide/instructor, who is refreshingly honest and to the point while also being one of the most entertaining people we've encountered. We were picked up just off the strip, a short walk from our hotel, transported to the desert and brought back afterwards. As a beginner, I was unsure if I'd be able to handle the ATV, Harry went through all the safety guidelines and then demonstrated how to manage the ATV. It did the trick, he really helped my confidence with handling it and away we went! It was such a rush with breathtaking views and we were lucky to see some army aircrafts returning to the nearby airbase. Harry was so kind to take some incredible photos with the mountains in the background. We had the best time and highly encourage you to book this if you're in Vegas
