We were told to be there a few minutes b4 the pick up time. We arrived on time. The pickup vehicle did not

We were booked for 1030am. They rescheduled our trip for an earlier time due to a hot weather advisory. It was great that they texted about the time change bc I never saw an email about it. It was still extremely hot outside at 8am but I still had a great time.

My recommendations: Wear a scarf 4 hair protection under the helmet or to wear around your neck for a cooling affect.

If you have eyeglasses/sunglasses I recommend using a smaller pair 2 fit into the goggles more comfortably You will get dusty... wear some shoes you don't care about.

You will need water or something 2 drink. The pickup location is in front of a store across from the Mandalay bay. I recommend buying a bottled water and a small gatorade from them. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A BAG bc the bag helps to keep your drinks from falling outta the ATV while you're riding.

(((THEY WILL HAVE WATER.. BUT THE COOLER DOESNT KEEP IT COLD BC ITS 2 DAMN HOT OUTSIDE)))

Make sure you have DEEP pockets or wear a Fanny pack for your phone or whatever else you bring with you bc the ride is OVERLY BUMPY/ROUGH and it will fall out.

There's absolutely no way for you to get physical video of you riding the ATV because it's too bumpy and you will lose your phone and break it. YOU will only be able to get photos before you start riding and after the ride is over.

Don't 4get your ID of the person who booked the trip and I had to show a picture of my email confirmation. I'm not sure if every pick up driver does this... BUT MINE DID. If you don't have this information they will...

We recently went on an ATV desert adventure and had an incredible experience, largely thanks to our amazing crew team member Jeremy.

From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everyone had a great time. He took the time to explain the safety procedures clearly, made sure all the equipment was in top condition, and adjusted the pace of the ride based on everyone's comfort level — something we really appreciated.

Partway through the trip, my friend began showing signs of heat stroke. Our guide immediately recognized the symptoms and sprang into action. He remained calm, kept her in the shade, gave her water, cooled her down with what he had on hand, and monitored her closely until she felt better. He handled the situation with so much care, empathy, and professionalism that it turned a potentially scary moment into one where we felt completely safe and supported.

After making sure she was okay to continue, he adjusted the rest of the tour to suit a slower pace, all while keeping the experience fun and memorable for the rest of the group. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to both safety and hospitality, and we’re extremely grateful for his help and kindness.
