Worst experience here. I called the store to confirm if they can exchange my online order in the store under the same price, she answered yes. So I drove all the way to the store w my kid here ,and she said I have to pay the difference since I bought the shoes with a discount. Another associate stepped in , her name is Yonda( mispelled) , she asked for proof, I said I have the conversation on my phone, I asked wts ur phone number, she said IDK. Once I wanna show her the proof, she gave me a bad attitude and refused to read it. It just shows how an associate does not fit in a retail or service related industry. This associate is poorly trained and does care about customer service at all. I will report this JD UK once I n bak there.
*Update * JD Headquarter confirmed we can exchange the item with the original sale price. The 2 reps in the store insist I have to pay the difference on the prices which is completely incorrect. Asked an associate if he could check the one on the mannequin and he just stared at it and said “yeah I wouldn’t know what size that is” I thought I’d have better luck asking someone else and asked the next one if he could find it in a large (holding the medium hoodie as an example) and he just said “well this is a medium..” like?? I’m not stupid, I’m handing it to you to find THAT hoodie in the size that I NEED. He proceeded to ask where I got it and read out to me every single size hoodie that was on the rack that I showed him (I already told him it was not there). I asked if he could just take the one on the mannequin to check and he stared at it and said no. You’re telling me no one has access to the inventory of the store? Read moreThis store is a SCAM!! Please stay away! They sold me a pair of Nike air max for 300 and I wore them for 2 days. It hurt my right foot because it seemed the piece was defective. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she told me we have a 45 day return policy but not if you worn them! That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. What is the 45 days for?!! To look at them and make up your mind. And on top of that the manager sounded really non chalant about the whole thing and hung up on me. When I called back she tried to brush it off as oh it seems you hung up and all she offered was her apology for my foot getting hurt because of a defective product I bought at their store.
