Pandora — Local services in Paradise

Me and my fiancé went there for my birthday in March to while we were on vacation to exchange some stuff he brought me online because some items I’ve already had. Staff was wonderful. They took their time helping me look for items trying different ones. The store manager was extremely nice. How ever I decided to get my braclet cleaned with my charms including the ones I just brought from them. Over the next two days my bracelet and charms were tarnished even the ones I just brought from this store two days ago. Now I had my bracelet for 3 years and never had this problem until I got it cleaned. I’m devastated and angry. Asking myself why did I get my bracelet cleaned. It was cleaned by Nikki. I have the receipts and in the middle of filing a claim. No one from the store never reached out to me. I was on vacation having a good time thinking let me get my bracelet cleaned so it can shine a little more and wined up leaving with a tarnished braclet and charms. 😪. I even brought a chain and a charm to go on it and the chain and charm is still looking brand new because I didn’t get it cleaned. What ever she did/use on my bracelet is terrible. I come to this Pandora every spring, and look forward to getting new charms while staying at the Venetian. The store is beautiful and clean and pretty people work there, but over the past years, whether it be over the phone with questions or in person, I have noticed in general their customer service and ability to make someone feel welcome sucks, it should be about the experience as well as the purchase… but then last year I met Michelle, she is simply AMAZING. I hope she works there for a long time, I am really looking forward to seeing her again this year and so excited to buy new charms!! So if you want a good experience, be sure to ask for her!! Also, I saw someone else comment on having someone clean their charms and then they looked like crap. I had that happen to me last year, and brought it back to have them look at it and clean it again since I was staying at the hotel for the whole week, that’s when I met Michelle. She knows what she’s doing and cleaned it right and it has been sparkly ever since, and she was so nice about cleaning it again. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I accidentally arrived just as they were about to close, but the sales associates were both incredibly kind and welcoming. I ended up finding a very special bracelet with a snake head design, a little gold dragon charm, and a Capricorn sign—my graduation gift to myself.

Jennifer, the sales associate who helped me, was so patient and helpful as I took my time choosing the perfect combination of charms and bracelets. The other associate was also very sweet, though I didn’t catch her name. Despite it being closing time, they allowed me to browse and decide without rushing me, which I deeply appreciated.
